The past Saturday, my husband and I visited the OM in Festival mall, we were assisted by Mmatumiso Motshelanoka. My husband enquired about 1 of the funeral policies he has Mmatumiso lacked to use to use problem solving skills she just dismissed him by saying your account was deducted twice because you reversed…my husband tried explaining to her that I didn’t reverse am not in arrears but she kept insisting and now it was a back and forth. My husband ended up telling her to call somebody else, sarcastically so she did and the lady came and listened to what was said and did her findings. She then called back Mmatumiso to authorise a refund, she told us to send her the bank statement to her email address while doing that she is sarcastically having little laughs. Am so disappointed and for the fact that she told us that she deals with funeral policies/claims, 1 would ask themself if she does show compassion for the bereaving families, when she has this kind of attitude.

As first time home owners, all I can say is wow!! The inexperience we having with SA homeloan its not so pleasant from asking for a redraw being told different stories by their consultants, which we ended up asking for a refund that also takes forever to be actioned, after waiting for 100 years when they get to work on your application then they ask you to go and dig gold and bring it to them, when you sent through all the proof you have inorder for them to action your refund. I don't know if it's a tactic to make you give up or what...
I canceled my early May and around month end my services were suspended, to my surprise this Monty was debited around 1.5 and when I check on the app it shows that services are active, who activated those services? I WANT MY MONEY BACK...their call center is just useless the is forever noise as if a general stockvel meeting is held ..I called for their retentions they are probably waiting for Jesus to come back before they take my call
I bought a bed on December 2021, I don’t understand why am told to pay because, it’s more than a year I have purchased the bed but when buying the bed you told of a 10 years warranty, I believe the fault in the bed its a manufacture’s default, except for the stains I have on the mattress I think it would have been better if you did put a disclaimer on the warranty, rather than false advertising. Am very dissatisfied that I had to pay for poor workmanship
I bought a cellphone on the 1 May 2019 at Cash crusader Midrand, when I got home I charged the phone and it got full, I realised it has an issue because the battery wouldn't last so i decided to buy a new battery to my surprise still the same issue and when charging it the phone would be hot, on Saturday I then went back to CC Midrand , 1 of the sales lady even said so herself that the phone has a motherboard issue ,it looks like the store was aware of this issue ,but i was never advised as client ,I was then told I can't have my money back or exchange which i find it not totally fair to the consumers,
Good morning I had a problem where by I couldn't the location of my car in the app, I called in Netstar and a technician was booked, the technician came and took a look and i was there advise that the unit was changed because of water damage and nothing was said , was then sent an annual increase letter and a fitment certificate, nothing was said about the new unit i have to pay for its all new in my ears when i called in this morning, am very dissappointed R657 is a lot of money to be going out of my account without an explanation
Good day I bought a Ford Fiesta ambiente 1.4 2017 in May 2018 and I took it for service sometime around July 2018 with the kilos of around 19263 then the same day after the service the car gave me some issues and i called the dealership to book it and they booked it , I then took it and they checked it and they told me the issue is the battery, the lady (Belinda) advised that they can change it, its gonna cost me R3000, she then told me that because I've already serviced the car for 20km am not covered under that warranty. I then went to buy a new battery myself, When i did my research i only got to find out that am still within the warranty.
I have been working for a certain company that our pension funds are administered by OD, always when i call the OD call centre the pay out time for my pension payout fund is pro longed, I had the same problem before in 2015 where it took them 3 months to payout to me without no valid reason,even now i don't know whats the reason of them holding back because all the supporting docs have been sent through, at first i was told it takes 20 days for a pension fund to be payed out , I received an sms on Monday that they have sent my claim to SARS, today i called again just to find out how far is my claim and I was told that i will have to wait for another 5 days..I find it ridiculous
It makes no difference that you respond here on hello peter and don't investigate or get back to the complainant, you might as well not respond at all because its no use am still not assisted. Good day I had contract with mtn however things went bad was out of job ,I couldn't pay anymore, it was handed over to MBD I tried to pay and i didn't manage to pay at some point. I got a job and called MBD to inquire about my outstanding balance, i was told the debt is closed on their side therefore it was taken back to MTN i contacted MTN and was told its purged internally , I asked them for a letter that says the account is closed on the 5th of January till this date i haven't received any correspondence , i don't know what to do anymore.
