COLLECTION PRESCRIBED DEBT
The company is refusing to send statements. They have been sending out SMS's weekly for a payment that was due on the 15 Oct 2018. Payment was made. According to them they cant remove the sms from their system. Upon calling them the so called employee said that I am not an client and I have no right's in making any requests. Her words to me was you are black listed and you will need to pay up. But every sms they send they charge you a arm and a leg. Really how will one then ever be able to pay off an account.

Lack of Facts and very bad SERVICE.
I was given a curtesy vechile by a motor dealer for use while they fixed my vechile The car was from Vanderbijl Europcar. I never took possesionof the vechile myself nor dit i return it. I was invoiced for so called damages. That has been pointed out that the damage was already on the vechile when i received it. The Branch Manager Jack du Plessis was to sort out the issue. Needless to say this morning i got a sms stating that the matter is being handed over for collection. I think this is very unprofessional and needs to be handled by a person with authority.

MAHINDRA SOUTH AFRICA ARE SELLING NEW CARS THAT ARE NOT UP TO STANDERD.
I bought a Mahindra Kuv BRAND NEW from Alberton Mahindra and it was the biggest mistake of our life. The deal was cancelled more than 3 months ago. The dealership admits on a voice recording that all Mahindra vehicle received from Mahindra South Africa looks like the one we bought. We have been kicked from pillar to post with no results. The vehicle went in for replacement of shocks as the vehicle was sold with shock that where at 60% efficiency, their was a big amount of misalignments that had to be adjustment. No it was send to a Panel beater. A BRAND NEW CAR GOING TO A PANELBEATER. Supporting document for the repairs where lost and only invoice are available. The vehicle is a second grade piece of s**** metal.
