I have been trying to upgrade to either the iPhone 12 or 13 since December, i received a call to say they have stock and suddenly they can not tell when stock will arrive, i have been with Cell C for 10 years and these days their service are up to ****. I need to know when the stock will arrive so i can upgrade!! This is shocking from Cell C, they don't even advertise Apple on their website.
Since Cell C went over to Vodacom's network, us with Cell C most of the time does not have network, this happens most of the day, what if something has to happen next to the road, and a person need to call some one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There service i received from Mpho Phillips with regards to a claim i had was excellent. He manage to move my query forward and with in minutes my claim was sorted and paid out. Would be nice i've we could receive service like i had from an consultant like Mpho every day. Thank you once again for sorting my claim out. Regards Arno
Good day, I reported my telephone line faulty begining of December 2017. A technician came out a week or so later in December and said he does not know the telkom box in the street and never work on one like that, that was the last time, i then called the call centre in December and was told there was an issue with the cable and the have reported to the cable company. Then on the 25th January a technician came out "without notifying me" the was told they can't find the fault. I'm getting sick and tired of this service i receive and need my telephone line to be fixed ASAP!!! lets see if i will get an response from telkom.
<p>I've been receiving calls from Norman Bisset every day regarding my FNB account which i've been paying R300 for the past year or two, every time they call me they claiming i have a balance of R3200 hence when i logg in to my fnb internet banking it shows a balance of R206.35. This is the final amount i paid on the 25th Feb.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />i have spoken to 5 people from the call centre and every time they check the balance with FNB and agree to my balance, i've been advised to go the FNB and close the account, i'm waiting for Norman Bisset to pay the 206.35 over to FNB so i can close the account.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I'f i get one call again from them claiming a difference balance i will report them to the NCR and go to the ombudsman.</p>
<p>I KEEP ON RECEIVING HARRASMENT CALLS AND MESSAGES FROM R&T ATTORNEYS IN BLOEMFONTEIN. THEY TRYING TO COLLECT PRESCRIBED DEBT, BUNCH OF INCOMPETEN IDIOTS</p> <p>I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE NCR. AND YET THEY DONT REPLY ON ANY OF THE COMPLAINTS ON HELLOPETER. </p>
