Very horrible experience with rental specifically a lady called Lara Britz. She will deny any thing in your face. I had a very disturbed stay. She backdated incoming inspection date by 10 days and very dishonest lady. I surely don’t wish this lady for any one to deal with There should be a rating for negative five.
I bought new Hyundai i30 a year ago with a service plan. When I called in to book a service for my car, I was asked to pay for the service as the kilometer on the car was not with in the range that they accept. They can only service based on the plan if the car is between 14000 and 16000 km. If I come to them at 17000km then I must pay for the service as I missed the 15000 km. This was never explained to me when I bought the car that there is strict range of kilometers that I can send the car for service.<br> <br> On top of that the attitude from the staff was very bad, with the service center sending me to the dealer and the dealer sending me to the service center and no body wanting to take responsibility.<br> I am just happy I didn't take maintenance plan otherwise I would be wasting my money for no good reason.<br> I spoke to six people this morning and all of them left me with the impression that we got your money so I don't care about you attitude. The worst is that they say according to their system I took ownership of the car three months before the actual date that I made the payment. I don't how they would they give me the car before paying for it but not help me with service that I paid
