I was completely upfront about my less-than-ideal credit score when applying for a rental. I specifically asked Michele Snowball if it was worth applying and paying the non-refundable R350 fee. She said yes, it’s worth it. Fast forward four days—my application is declined, and she responds with a cold, dismissive attitude. Let’s be real: I don’t believe I ever stood a chance. So why take my money? How many R350s are they pocketing from applicants who are given false hope? I raised this with the branch manager, only to be dismissed and labelled a “disgruntled applicant.” That’s how Rawson Constantia handles valid concerns—by defending shady practices and protecting their own. I see you, Michele Snowball. I see you, Rawson Constantia. And now, so will everyone else.

Wafieka Isaacs at Rawson Constantia sold us a house knowing there were no building plans our house is sold and due to Wafiekas lack of doing her homework before selling or even showing us the property she kept quiet to get the sale we dnt have a place to live. She avoided us by picking up her own mobile saying she was the PA the drama was just too much at the end of the day she said she did her work she's done. Had she done her homework properly we would never have put in an otp for the property. I'm beginning to wonder how she got her estate agent license. She's rude and sarcastic. I wudnt recommend anyone to deal with her.

Rental experience that gives nightmares tantamount to horror movie but in real life. Agent was Lara Britz that I rented in Tokai. It took two months after exit inspection and a good lawyer to get a portion of the deposit money back. This was a decent company when I dealt with them 10 years ago, although a different branch. Very surprising why choose to create a bad name by doing ************ business practices.

Very horrible experience with rental specifically a lady called Lara Britz. She will deny any thing in your face. I had a very disturbed stay. She backdated incoming inspection date by 10 days and very dishonest lady. I surely don’t wish this lady for any one to deal with There should be a rating for negative five.

I am deeply dissatisfied and disturbed by the way Ian Sinclair treats clients. His behaviour lacks basic humanity; he is rude, and displays ****** tendencies. It is beyond comprehension how Rawson Properties would allow such an individual to represent their company. It is shocking that, in this day and age in South Africa, there are still people who discriminate based on skin colour. To say that I am appalled would be an understatement. If Rawson Properties genuinely cares about its reputation and clients, it cannot afford to have someone like Ian Sinclair as a representative. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and has no place in any business.

There should be an option for ZERO stars! How is it that in 2024 you have people such as Ian Sinclair who represent your company. His level of basic human decency is at a negative 10, he is rude, uncouth, ill-mannered and ******. We cannot have people like hi calling anybody "You People" in this country. He doesn't like it here he should leave Africa and go where he feels more at home. This is disgusting and frankly makes me and everyone I know unwilling to work with Rawson in the future. We are young professionals who in the very near future would like to either rent or purchase properties, and one thing I know for sure we will not be doing any business with Rawson Properties. This breaks my heart that in 2024 in our country this is the kind of treatment we still receive when the face on every bank note is a face of a black man! It's beyond appalling, it is SHAMEFUL!

I would caution anyone that decides to use Rawson Constantia to manage there property as they probably would end up regretting it once problems arise and you left to fix them yourself due to large scale incompetence. These are few of the issues that arose in the period that they oversaw the property. 1. failure to collect rent timeously 2. failure to attend to maintenance matters 3. no proper hand over costing $$$$ for damage not mention at lease termination 4. changing agents when problems arose therefor not addressing them 5. questionable quotes for matters arising 6. bad communication in general 6. failure to address matters arising costing $$$$. So be careful as they promise the moon and deliver more problems than peace of mind.
