I was completely upfront about my less-than-ideal credit score when applying for a rental. I specifically asked Michele Snowball if it was worth applying and paying the non-refundable R350 fee. She said yes, it’s worth it. Fast forward four days—my application is declined, and she responds with a cold, dismissive attitude. Let’s be real: I don’t believe I ever stood a chance. So why take my money? How many R350s are they pocketing from applicants who are given false hope? I raised this with the branch manager, only to be dismissed and labelled a “disgruntled applicant.” That’s how Rawson Constantia handles valid concerns—by defending shady practices and protecting their own. I see you, Michele Snowball. I see you, Rawson Constantia. And now, so will everyone else.

Excellent Service.... great value for money
Been taking my car to this Randburg service centre for over 5 years and the service level is always 10/10. Excellent! Great friendly staff ****erally all of them) and still the lowest prices compared to other service centres. Thanks Cindy, for the warm & efficient service. Cindy Phalla,
