Zero star rating! I’ve been waiting for my food for over an hour, Burger King Jackle Creek closes at 10pm, and my food still hasn’t arrived. If I could post screenshots I would. The driver doesn’t haven’t data, the phone doesn’t go through and I still don’t have my food. I will come in in the morning and I expect my entire order to be honoured and a full refund. This is absolutely unacceptable
There should be an option for ZERO stars! How is it that in 2024 you have people such as Ian Sinclair who represent your company. His level of basic human decency is at a negative 10, he is rude, uncouth, ill-mannered and ******. We cannot have people like hi calling anybody "You People" in this country. He doesn't like it here he should leave Africa and go where he feels more at home. This is disgusting and frankly makes me and everyone I know unwilling to work with Rawson in the future. We are young professionals who in the very near future would like to either rent or purchase properties, and one thing I know for sure we will not be doing any business with Rawson Properties. This breaks my heart that in 2024 in our country this is the kind of treatment we still receive when the face on every bank note is a face of a black man! It's beyond appalling, it is SHAMEFUL!

On the 7th of February my package was returned to sender without my knowledge. On the very same day of the 7th of February, I was contacted by FedEx Express to make immediate payment in order for said package to be delivered to me... A week after I made payment, after a week of unanswered emails from agent, I make a phone call to FedEx Express to find out what is happening to my package, and I was then told my package was returned to sender. I then get the tracking number for my package (outgoing tracking number) and I send an email to fedex express for an instant refund since I'm not paying for any delivery. When Fedex questions why I'm looking for a refund, I send screenshots and email chain to show "validity" of said refund claim. Shortly after that, the very same agent then turns around and now has the time to respond to my emails and claims, to halt the refund process as she is in contact with original sender to send the package back to South Africa so it can be delivered to me. It has been a week and a half of back and forth awaiting to hear from said agent what she has done to correct her egregious act of incompetence. I am hoping this will reach higher management and get my said package either delivered to me or my money back and package delivered to me, because at this rate no one should have to pay a company who claims to deliver EXPRESS and they do not DELIVER.

Pick n Pay Rosebank Manager is very rude. She speaks to customers like she is speaking to her kids, shouting and does not listen.
I cannot got the 4th time have to come pick up the order myself! What is the point of convenience?! When this was still just bottles it was an absolute pleasure to use. In fact you deserve zero stars! Your drivers are rude and insulting and I say this after having to argue with him because he did not arrive at the correct address and him insisting he did! Now because I have no idea where I live I must take his ill mannered behavior. No thank you. And his name is Gisbon who drives for Thyme on the Nicole! Absolutely appalling
I promptly ordered food from Kung Fu Kitchen Ferndale on Uber eats around 6pm. Estimated delivery time was 7:20pm. Paid online on Uber eats, checked that all was in order and the order was being prepared. At 7pm I go check on the app and nothing. No update, no cancellation text, not even a cancellation update on Uber eats. Instead it shows no receipt. But I’ve already paid. 3 hours later I get the email with the receipt stating my food was delivered!
What a disaster! Transferring an account from one person to another has taken over 2 months and 3 trips to their offices. I don’t know if it’s coz they enjoy seeing people walk in to their offices during a whole pandemic. But my goodness are they useless! Can’t remember the guy who promised me the heaven and the stars, but he was light skinned with dreadlocks and very confident. Then last week spoke to a guy I’ve the phone Mzi who also promised us the moon stars and the heavens! Still no connection. And this is not even difficult. Everything is installed and there in the house. All that needed to be done was to transfer the account from my name and erase my debit order details and add my aunts details. How difficult can that be?! Do you hire computer illiterate people?! I really don’t want to be rude but My God you are damn useless!
