Incompetent contractors have damaged the pavement outside my property, undermining my retaining wall, which is now cracking and risks falling down. Cannot get hold of anyone at lightstru k who is prepared to even come and assess the damage. They keep ignoring me or passing the buck onto someone else. So you cause the damage and leave the homeowner to sort out your mess? I'm sorry but I will not let this go unchallenged
I am very unhappy with the service from Jeep. You buy an expensive vehicle from them, but the service afterwards leaves a lot to be desired. My vehicle breaks down and I get told that I must wait over 3 weeks to get a booking to have it fixed. Ridiculous. So now I must sit for 3 weeks without a vehicle. I've never been happy whenever I've had to take my car in for a service, and this incident just takes the cake. I would discourage anyone from ever buying a Jeep.
I am a dentist. I treated a patient on 13/08/2014, and have since submitted the claim electronically at least two times, faxed the claim at least 5 times, as well as the proof of initial submission. Then I emailed it to them but still. Somehow this claim does not show up on their system. Now they tell me its stale and they can't do anything. How incompetent can you be that your email and fax doesn't work?<br> It is disgraceful. Now I'm sitting with a loss because the patient says its MY fault I didn't claim properly and refuses to pay.<br> I will discourage anyone from joining Gems.
