MBD keeps harrassing me with calls accusing me of a standard bank account I do not have, what is worse on Tuesday 23 September 2025 they sent me a message thanking me for the payment I made on 17 June 2022, if I owed standard bank as u said and that was the date of my payment then the debt prescribed.stop calling me and harrassing me, it's *******
I am not happy with ccd couriers,the last card I ordered never arrived.i paid another R170 to get another card because of ccd couriers. On Friday 8 August I called you enquiring about the whereabouts of my card and u said the driver will be at my place before 16:00. At 15:15 I just got the message saying the driver is at my place but there was no one at the gate or the street. I have been telling Nedbank to cancel ccd so many times but they keep using this unprofessional company and it cost me money which they won't even pay back. I can't keep asking to leave work early for a delivery that never arrives. Am so angry. I am gonna have to ask to leave work early again whenever u lie saying u gonna deliver stop using ccd couriers and refund my money from my previous card replacement since it never arrived

I logged disputes on the 24th of July and I received emails confirming that they received disputes. They emails they sent me said the will send me reference numbers within 72 hours but till now I do. Not know what is happening since I don't have reference numbers
I disputed prescribed Maxi credit solutions account number 78633 and my dispute was resolved and account removed on my profile on 21/12/222 but today when i check my profile the account is back on my credit profile as an adversd account. The reference for the previous dispute of 2022 is ENH221124000002. Please remove that account and be professionals
On saturday 18 july i place and order with uber eats, i called the driver 10 minutes after the order was supposed to arrive and he told me he was stuck in traffic, then 30 minutes later i called again he did not respond and marked my order as delivered. I complained on the app and later o got the email saying the driver came and waited for me which is not true as i called the driver and sms him via the uber eats app. This is the third time this happens and they refuse to refund me. Please stay away from uber eats. Order number was DF843. Orders never arrive and they dont refund
I am Left with R50000 on monthly after paying my monthly obligation and when i app**** for a home loan of R988 000 nedbank declined it even though i am banking with them. The did the same in 2019 when i app**** for a home loan and they where quick to give me a vehicle finance. Is Nedbank refusing to give me a home loan because i am black, so it is true they use racial profiling. I am so ****ed am gonna change it and stop using them as my bank. Application ref(6081528)

I disputed Atlas finance account 5128 which was settled in November 2022 but still showed open. Experian resolved the dispute and removed the account on my credit profile. My issue is why doesn't Experian want to remove nimble group and smart advance account number 749739 on my credit profile like they did with Atlas finance account 5128 which was up to date. They rules you use must be constant and not only apply when u inconvenience consumers. Remove nimble group and smart advance account number 749739 like u did with Atlas finance 5128. If it negative information you tell us about data retention period but if it's an account that's up to date you are quick to remove.
