I have been waiting for 4 months for them to give me a answer on a 3rd party claim that I submitted in December. "Every time I email I get the same response OCLS holds instructions to act on behalf of Renasa insurance. Kindly note that file has been submitted to management for consideration. Please follow up with us after five working days for an update." I have followed up about 4 times already, and they just stopped responding to me at all. The 3rd party specialist Vanessa has just decide to ignore my emails. What tipe of company is this?
The owner of the company( Kevin) has no respect for any people. All he cares about is getting in new clients. After a few weeks there service drops and you can see that they just care about getting it done. No effort put in. He is also rude to staff members as I have heard staff complain about him.
They seem all nice over the phone and just want you to sign up. But they have the rudest mangers. The mangers are super unprofessional. They also discriminate against race.
Worse service provider ever..... called to put a line in more than 1 month ago, they have been there 4 times! No Line???? Keep making promises of coming back and they never do... we actually had to take off work to be there when they come and no shows wasted a whole day.... when you phone the call centre they dont ever have a answer and say that nothing has been logged and they dont know what to do...
There is an page on facebook called Miss fit that supplies clothing, i placed an order with this Mischa chick, a month and half ago. Delivery is suppose to be 2 weeks. For the past week she kept saying she will be delivering the parcel herself and yet i wait and wait every night. She kept saying she will be there now and after a few minutes of waiting she stops picking up her phone. very very bad service and think its one big scam do not use them.
