I visited the Emergency department in January this year. I have been struggling for months to obtain a copy of the Dr's report. I have tried phoning multiple times. No one answers. Shocking!

<p>Afternoon,</p> <p>MFBB246124</p> <p>We were involved in a motor accident in 2014, a clear description was given, the TP details were given as well as witness details.</p> <p>I am still waiting on feedback. Recently emails were sent 20.10.2016, 26.10.2016 and today 09.11.2016.</p> <p>The autoreply indicates that a representative will respond within 2 business days. </p> <p>Clearly this is not the case.</p> <p>Very unsatisfied!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Hi,<br> <br> I wouldn't know who the contact would be.<br> <br> We were involved in a motor accident in October 2014. A taxi hit into us.<br> Our one and only claim against this policy. Been insured for 2yrs.<br> <br> For one - our vehicle isn't fixed 100%, there is still a part that needs to be replaced.<br> Secondly - No response received regarding the recovery. Full details of the TP were given as well as witnesses.<br> <br> I received the name of a contact person - .Phillip Mierke, which I emailed yesterday morning, no response received. Followed up again today.<br> <br> Due to the terrible claims service I have cancelled our policy.<br> <br> Lets see if this complaint receive a reply.
