In September 2017 fraud was committed on my name where 2 contracts were give to unknown people. (I dont even use MTN). Till to date I have not received my money back which is well over R1600. The agent will always find out what is going on and will let me know, but no response. I did not give consent for this two contracts and I want my money back.
Here with I would like to thank Trusc, especially Leon and Wilmot, for their good service and good explanations regarding the service they provide. I can now with all my heart recommend Trusc as a service provider. Sorry to the Trusc group at Vredendal for any inconvenience caused. Thumbs up
I was looking for a vehicle and within one week, Jannie van der Westhuizen phoned me and had a vehicle for me within my budget. I am still very satisfied with the vehicle and I have to thank the Kwikfix Bellville team for their good and friendly service. Go Team Kwikfix.
Trusc ISP has no answers as to why our internet connection is so bad. We are Battlefield online players but can not play one single game without being kicked from the game with error 'check your internet connection'. According to the technicians at Trusc it is Battlefield itself. But it is Battlefield 3, 4 and Hardline and on 3 different pc's. You can't Teamspeak because you can't hear anything. We have reported this to Trusc for at least a year now but still nothing is fixed. Between the 3 of us, we have spend more then R6000-00 in airtime phoning Trusc to sort out the problem but no response. If you are a pc gamer do not consider Trusc as your ISP.
