I paid for my course on the 20th of July 2024 and have still not received any logins. I have chased this every week and every week I am told I will receive my logins. It has been 3 months now and i am still chasing. I wouldn’t recommend using this company as I have also been told I can’t receive a refund due to the course being purchased on promotion. So now I am R2000 down and haven’t received the service I’ve paid for.

During lockdown I noticed that our phone contract bills were higher that what we initially took the contracts out for by +/- R300 every month. I contacted mtn customer care via email ref: ********** In the beginning of May. This is the response I have received - Please accept our apologies for the delayed response and any inconvenience incurred. Kindly note that your bill was high due to the discounts which were not applied from your 2019-11-26 invoice to date on all your numbers. We have logged a request with our system's support team for your discounts to be loaded and the billing team for your account to be credited with the discounts which were not applied. The reference numbers for these are 1-**********2, 1-**********9 and 1-**********5 as SMSed to you. Please allow for 2-7 days for your query to be attended to. Once resolved you will receive an SMS notifying you of that. However I am still waiting after a month for these credits to be passed. I am worried that our phones will be cut off due to incompetence as I emailed again waiting for an update on the 9th of June and again on the 15th of JunE PLEASE NOTE I AM REFERRING TO THE CONTRACT THAT RAN FROM 2018 - 2020. STILL WAITING ON CREDITS!!

On the 8th of June I purchased the Xbox one S from game online as none of their shops had stock. When I purchased it, it said they had stock. After numerous phone calls to track when my item would get delivered, I was told the courier company has it and they would contact me soon. On Sunday the 21st of June I received a call from game telling me that they no longer had stock of the Xbox one S and They didn’t know how long I would be til they received stock again and that I would have to wait even longer to recieve it. This is absolutely horrific service because how can your online tell me you have stock and your customer care tell me that it is by the courier company only to find out that you lied. Is it because I bought it when it was on discount and you gave mine away to someone who actually paid the full price?? Absolutely appalling!!
Since getting my upgrades about 3 months ago I have been incorrectly billed every month and I always have to go in to the shop to get it sorted out. I am highly disappointed in mtn as they have soft locked me. I have queries on the account which no one has gotten back to me about. How can you soft lock someone without a warning or when they have outstanding queries. Since the strike I find it difficult to get through to customer services. My account is suppose to be on a debit order because I only get paid at the end of the month, but i am now soft locked. I don't know who gets paid on the 22nd of a month but I certainly do not this is absolutely ridiculous. <br> <br> What is going on with you people?
