Threads are pulling out from a rug 1 month later. Minimal traffic area. Poor quality and when I raised it received a snotty response from one of their agents. Really not impressed. For the amount I spent, it’s damaged so quickly. And the poor customer service. Never going back.
<p>I would like to share my experience of your hotel the Square Boutique Hotel & Spa this past weekend.</p> <p>We were there for a funeral and booked at the last minute based on the pictures we saw on the internet, we took 3 rooms.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon check-in there was a foul smell in the elevator and in reception that could not be ignored<br />We checked-in and then went out for dinner because of the smell, we chose not to eat there even though we were tired<br />Upon our arrival back to the hotel, I went to the basket bin under the tv stand, in the bin was a used ******!!!!!! It certainly was not ours – we called room service who looked shocked and took it away. BUT OMG in all of my travels I have never come across anything like this!. Either it was there when we arrived and we didn’t see it, or someone went into our room while we were away. This is totally unacceptable and poses a serious health risk! I didn’t book at a Formula 1, this was apparently a 4 star??? I am disgusted!!!!<br />By this time it was 11pm and too late to find a new hotel so my husband asked me to please suck it up. I refused to sleep in the bedding because I was not sure about the background of this room by now. <br />Requested fresh towels in the morning, this arrived with hair stuck on it that did not belong to me</p> <p> </p> <p>It was terrible and I will be putting my review on trip advisor, but I wanted to bring it to your attention because after complaining on Saturday – we still didn’t get any feedback on Sunday when we checked out. Apparently the manager was only coming in at midday???<br /> </p> <p>No response from Misty Blue - group that owns the hotel. the manager finally called me on Tuesday after I sent the complaint once again on their website and all I got was a "we're sorry".</p>
My niece was turning 2 years old and she lives all the way in Durban and I wanted to have a gift for her on the day of her birthday (I live in JHB).<br> <br> So a friend of mine suggested that I try out the Fun Box Store, which is an Online Toy Store and they deliver your order as a gift if required. I went onto the website and ordered a gift and made use of their gifting service. I realized that my order was a bit late and may possibly be delivered after my nieces birthday, so i called the company and they said that they would do an overnight delivery at their expense to get it to my niece on time! I was so relieved and the gentleman was very accomodating. <br> <br> I received a photo from my bother of my niece when they gave her my gift - Priceless! thank you Fun Box for making this possible :-)
we thought picknpay online shopping was the best thing on the planet and insisted that all our friends and family try this out. our groceries were supposed to be delivered today between 7 and 8. Its now 8:30, there have been no notifications that there is an issue and nobody arrived. At 9am this morning ,i received an sms reminder of my delivery and the money was taken out of my account.<br> <br> my greatest concern is where is the groceries that i had paid for???? the perishable items that need to be kept cool - where is the order overnight? `i have kids and cannot have the possibility of food going bad.<br> <br> picknpay you really let me down!!!!! and there is no way to follow up - `mr delivery couldn't assist because the pick n pay department closes at 7, yet deliveries are open till 8. I understand things happen, but call me and inform me, assure that my delivery is safe in and kept in the correct conditions....something!!!
As per their website, their about us pages states the following:<br> <br> Word of mouth\ has amazingly become our best forms of advertising<br> Our sales teams are dedicated<br> <br> We bought a bed and a junior mattress for our little girl and we were told it was top of the range. When it arrive it was terrible and you could feel each spring so I was unhappy after spending so much. We went back to store and complained in December
