Hell with Telkom Call centre and shop
After waiting and taking off and Telkom not showing they eventually showed up to install my line.<br> I didn't receive my bills until i phoned them to receive it I realized but telkom Never listened the first time and thought only our data is with mweb where actually our adsl speed line is with mweb as well/supposed to be that was asked from the start. I then went into a telkom store and asked to be put into a wholesale holding pool so that mweb can take over no one knew what to do and the rest just isn't at work there are barely people to help you in their stores. Either way store and call centre no one knows what the HELL they are supposed to do because they are not trained properly and then you get the other half that loves transferring you or putting the phone down in your ear. I was nice and polite but my patience is running out!!!!!! Get your act straight and fix/SOLVE my FREAKING PROBLEM... I have never come across such a horrible dysfunctional company!!! I won't pay untill my problem is solved!

Bianca Properties do not pay service providers
Bianca properties asks companies to do work for them but they do not pay you when you have done the work. <br> After months of delays, excuses and arguments they still haven't payed what they owe. They still make excuses and you never get any payment. Their manager/Head avoids your calls and never calls back. They keep on avoiding payment and have a bad attitude. <br> I recommend that the manager/head gets a better attitude and pays what is payable to the people she owes and stop avoiding and ignoring messages. <br> Our Company deals with a lot of Agencies and have never had s problem to get payment from the agencies we do work for, this is the first and only agency we have had such a bad experience with. <br> The manager/head also does not allow her agents and office personnel to give out her number. that makes it easy for her to avoid talking to the people she owes money to because she sends messages through her personnel but never phones herself to try and solve the problem.

Theft and no feedback
Our personal belongings was stolen in the cinema... Because the emergency exit did not work like it was supposed to according manager on site... Criminals have access to the cinema from that door that leads to a secluded area where foodlovers have their loading zone... Was told by manager this was not the first time and they have had alot of theft and that I will be contacted... I haven't been contacted and nothing is being done so customers will be targeted through criminals because of their negligence... And when you phone the managers number given to you someone answers and when you ask for manager the phone gets put down .... Terrible !!!!!! I have no words to describe my disgust in Ster Kinekor! Second time in one of your franchises... First Irene also theft and left the case after bad service, staff and manager was so rude so just decided to not go there and go to brooklyn but then the same at brooklyn this time the loss is worth too much to leave it... Nu metro is so much better! Sterkinekor is unprofessional, unorganised and rude! This is so unnacceptable!!!
