I bought a leather lounge suite Sept 2022 and now the foot rest is flaking off. House and Home, where I bought it, try to assist but according to Alpine, I have used a product on the suite. They do not reply on my request to contact me and come and have a look at the suite, they just ignore me. If I have used something on the suite, the other parts of the set would have shown the same problem? To be expected, they've got their money and I am R40 000.00 down the drain because of very poor after sales service, or maybe it is a poor product, but again for that amount of money, you will expect quality.
My phone was stolen on 1 June 2015. We managed to block the sim card with the selfhelp menu, as no one is anwering the phone at MTN. After this a Blacklisting form was mailed to me, which we faxed back on the 2nd June and was again mailed on 3rd of June. I need a ITC/Reference number before the police can open a case and before my insurance can help me. I have not received anything back and we have been phoning since the 1st of June, no one is picking up. Where does it leave me, the client? I need to report to the police within 48 hours????? <br> <br> This is pathetic!! Come month end, MTN will deduct my subscription without a doubt! Meantime I do not have a phone!
