I have flight credit that I would like to redeem. I have followed up numerous times, been to the airport and waited in line for a non existent call center to help me. The price of the tickets I would like to purchase by R2000 while I'm waiting for your feedback. This is now in fact costing me more money.
Santam approved Midcity Auto Body for repairing my car that has been in an accident.<br> <br> My car has been there for a month and basically nothing as been repaired.<br> <br> It took them a week to realize that they ordered the wrong parts, they then have to wait another week to order the right parts. Only then to hear that it is on back order. So since my car has been moved to them a month ago we still haven't made any progress and I will not be receiving my car anytime soon.<br> <br> To add onto this, they do not provide any courtesy cars for you to use in the meantime,<br> <br> I'm a surgical representative and drive about 150km between hospitals per day. On a weekly basis I have to take urgent stock to hospitals when the patient is already on the operating table. I can not do this without a car.<br> <br> Midcity Auto Body should be able to provide a courtesy car for the inconvenience.
When you have an rental car option on your insurance, there are a few things that they never tell you:<br> *You will only be covered for 30 days, it doesn't matter if you car is done or not.<br> *Apparently there is a few options of how many days you can get rental cover for, but no one at my brokers or at head office (except for Keegan Chetty) knows about the 30, 45 or 60 day coverage option that you have.<br> I'm a Surgical equipment representative, I need to have a car to drive between hospitals, sometimes taking urgent stock when a patient is already on the operating table. That is why I have the car rental option on my insurance.<br> But this is not helping me at all!! there is a few reasons why I'm still without my car. The wrong panel beaters were given the go ahead, we lost about 5 days there, blame goes to Santam.<br> Wrong parts were ordered and delivered, lost more than a week there, blame goes to Mazda or Midcity Autobody, The part are now on back order and will only arrive the 11th of June. By that time I will be without my car for 55 days<br> <br> I am appalled at the lack of service provided by SantamI have experienced since this whole process began.
