MTN - WORST EVER SERVICE
My phone was damaged beyond repair 2 weeks ago so i am without cell phone, insurance form was emailed to MTN insurance department with a promise my phone would be picked up in next 24 hours. 2 weeks later and still waiting on a call. You call call centre and you get cut off. Nobody helps you. On strike i am told. Customer suffers. <br> MTN you are by far the worst supplier i have ever dealt with leaving your customers high and dry. You should be utterly ashamed of yourself.
