Great service and knowledge.
Struggled with another company to fix a leaking washing machine, they charged a call out fee, didn't fix anything and told me I needed to order parts. Called Dako, communication was great from the start, even though busy he came later that day and fixed it there and then at a reasonable cost. Great service, highly recommend, stress free.

Great service and knowledge.
Struggled with another company to fix a leaking washing machine, they charged a call out fee, didn't fix anything and told me I needed to order parts. Called Dako, communication was great from the start, even though busy he came later that day and fixed it there and then at a reasonable cost. Great service, highly recommend, stress free.

An appliance guy you can trust
Dylan diagnosed problem and got quotes for parts on the spot, but suggested we don't spend more money on an old machine, even if that would have would meant more business/cash for them today and possibly in future. By doing so, he lost a job worth a few grand but gained a customer for life

Honest and reliable service
Last year I was toild by a different appliance repair company that my dishwasher needed a new darin pump at a cost of over R1000.00 . For one reason or another we did not go through with the repair at the time. Yesterday Dylan from Dako came to look at the appliance and found a bit of glass in the pump which he removed and put the machine back together all for the standard call out fee :-) . Thank you for your honesty and great work.
