Seems my son has a similar story, 3 years of up front payments and blocked from two exams due to THEIR systems. Accounting system is a nightmare (still awaiting clarification to additional billing that no one can explain) Hours and hours spent on the phone and in person trying to register this year to rewrite to finish this degree. Honestly it's a joke. I really don't have faith this will be resolved and I am guessing he will need to move over to another institution to get his degree. Please register anywhere else except here, where they take your money and actively work to stop you getting that degree so you can keep on paying.....
My eldest son had a great experience with Varsity college, which can not be said for my youngest. He is a second year student that is frustrated with the lack of communication or any kind of help. Today he turned up for an important test and was denied access to write it. He was not able to write at the correct time due to illness and failed to register for the re-take. Last year this was not a problem (easy online system) This year there are two online systems running and neither work correctly. Having failed to navigate to register for the re-take and asking on two class groups (who both told him he could just go and write) he was denied access to write it. So now he will have to pay again to repeat the module. How is this in anyway helping your students? Moving campus, changing systems, online classes via voice only, it's a total mess and not at all the supportive private institution that is it meant to be.
****! I called these guys to come and fix a leaking washing machine. They charged me R200 for a callout to tell me I needed to order a complete new door. Something was very OFF. I googled and found multiple **** reviews. Called another company who came and fixed the machine there and then. Stay away from these guys. Their website looks legit. They are ****mers.
Struggled with another company to fix a leaking washing machine, they charged a call out fee, didn't fix anything and told me I needed to order parts. Called Dako, communication was great from the start, even though busy he came later that day and fixed it there and then at a reasonable cost. Great service, highly recommend, stress free.
Shocking customer service. Waiting for a parcel that was sent from Belgium 2 weeks ago. I was told by customer service I must call the post office helpline. Customer service hangs up. Guess I won't be getting my parcel. How can you take peoples money and not deliver the service you offer?
