Cape Repairs **** artists
They came out to repair my dishwasher. After stripping it and drying it, they said it was repaired. They had to come back the next day as the same issue persisted. Now 3 weeks later when I used it again it now leaks, a new issue since their repair. They have ignored all messages and calls and have not come back to fix. They charged R2500 for the first repair that took 45mins. Their 'warranty' not with the paper it written on. Avoid these guys at all costs!! They are con artists.

Cape Repairs **** artists

MC repairs Cape Town is not reliable
I asked them to repair my Sage coffee machine. I said the seal is broken. Two guys came, didn’t even look inside the machine and told me the seal is broken but they can’t repair it now. They charged me R250 for call-out fee and promised to come back on thursday after 2pm. Nobody came back. The ones who writes on WhatsApp even asked me why I write a bad review, I only paid R250. I have the feeling they are living from call-out fees and never return. This company is a joke and not reliable at all.

MC repairs Cape Town is not reliable

"I am compelled to share my utterly disappointing experience with Cape Repairs, a company that has utterly failed to live up to its promises. After their 'expert' technicians worked on my fridge, it went from bad to worse, with both the top and bottom sections failing to cool. Despite their assurances and a 6-month guarantee, the issue persists, and their customer service has been woefully inadequate. The first visit was a disaster, with the technician claiming everything would be fine, but clearly having no idea what they were doing. Andrew, the representative I spoke to, promised a follow-up visit, but it was a repeat of the initial disaster. I've paid R1250 for a service that has left me with a broken appliance and a sense of betrayal. I'm sharing this to warn others: Cape Repairs is not the company to trust with your household appliances. Their lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction are a recipe for disaster. I've documented all interactions and will be taking further action to recover my losses.
