They came out to repair my dishwasher. After stripping it and drying it, they said it was repaired. They had to come back the next day as the same issue persisted. Now 3 weeks later when I used it again it now leaks, a new issue since their repair. They have ignored all messages and calls and have not come back to fix. They charged R2500 for the first repair that took 45mins. Their 'warranty' not with the paper it written on. Avoid these guys at all costs!! They are con artists.
I ordered an 18th Birthday gift and extras paid and confirmed delivery date etc. On the day of delivery just before 12, i receiived an email stating that Netflorist were out of stock of an item and offered me a refund or credit(who would accept credit from such a useless supplier). Anyway Their site and terms and conditions state that if they don't have stock of an item they will substitute it with a similar or 'better' item. This doesn't seem to happen. Called them, after answering am on hold for nearly 20 mins, they confirm that they all of a sudden have stock of the item but can only deliver the following day. I stated what does that help if the 18th birthday is today. The reply, 'we'll put in some extra choccies and that will make up for it'! How absolutely ridiculous!! Their service is pathetic. This is not the first time. Usually they deliver the wrong items to that which is ordered or inferior items to that which is ordered.(lets be honest who follows up and asks did you x that i sent you/) think this is where they make their money. All they offer as an excuse is an apology and refund/credit. Don't use this company if you need something delivered on a specific date they will let you done!! This is their core business and they can't even do that properly!!!
On Saturday 6 February 2021, i called the Mcdonalds in Kathu at Heritage mall. I wanted to order a delivery. The guy informed me that i need to order through the McDelivery App which i did. I waited over an hour and called the branch to enquire where my delivery was. The guy said they hadn't received it then miracualoiusly it just appears. He undertakes to do it and have it delivered urgently. Another 35 minutes later the order is delivered and it cold and awful. I called the guy again and complained.. he offered to replace the meal in another 30 mins. That would make it over 2 hours for a take away meal. I asked whether they would possibly give a voucher for a replacement meal. he stated they didn't do that. terrible service and useless. Will be very hard pressed to ever go to that branch again.
We went to Panarottis in Baywest Mall on the 7th January 2020. We were 6 adults and one child. We ordered drinks which cam erratically after 20mins of waiting. We thereafter all ordered. The order was confirmed 10 minutes later again. After 40 mins 4 out of the 6 meals were served. We had to wait another 20 mins for the other two to be brought to the table. When we enquired the manager simple said "i'm not going to try make an excuse!" What a terrible experience having to sit and watch everyone else eat and have to eat after everyone else was finished. The place was very quiet!! I hadn't been to a Panarottis in ages and although the food was pretty good the service and experience was aweful!!!
I had a fault with my data and sim, called 5 times over a period of 2 and a bit weeks. No call was shorter than 15-20mins. I was without service for more than half a month. I asked for a credit and was informed that they don't do credits and their service is not guaranteed. I will be finding another provider.
