I asked them to repair my Sage coffee machine. I said the seal is broken. Two guys came, didn’t even look inside the machine and told me the seal is broken but they can’t repair it now. They charged me R250 for call-out fee and promised to come back on thursday after 2pm. Nobody came back. The ones who writes on WhatsApp even asked me why I write a bad review, I only paid R250. I have the feeling they are living from call-out fees and never return. This company is a joke and not reliable at all.
Same experience as the former guy who complained. I ordered in August, now we have October. Fruugo said it´s the fault of South Africans post office (which doesn´t exist since years). They won´t refund me the money. They said I must not take the parcel when it arrives. I know they **** me. They have never sent it and send stupid excuses. Don´t buy anything from this company. This is *****!
I try to cancel my contract since days. I have spent more than R300 for airtime so far. Waited 30 min. each time until they hung up. I can´t find any infos about cancellation of contract. Can anybody help me? I tried everything but don´t get a reply. The chat also does not work. It is a nightmare!
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 2.5 weeks ago I brought my Delonghi coffee machine to S&K Service Goodwood for repairing and service. They told me it takes up to 10 working days to get repaired. After 12 working days and not hearing anything from them I called them yesterday to ask about my machine, only to hear they did not even start to look at it. I told them I am not in the country in a couple of days. The employee on the phone was very unfriendly and cut me off when I was complaining about the max. of 10 working days been over. On top of it he started blaming me for not telling them what‘s really wrong with the machine. But, of course, I did tell them about the problem. I said they should fix it and service it. The guy just hang up. A minute later he called me and said he will call me again latest at 11am. Of course nobody called me, till 4.30pm. The same unfriendly guy told me I can pick up the machine the same day. Luckily I only went to S&K the next day at 12.15. My machine was in service but still not fixed. They told me it takes 15 min. After waiting for nearly 40 minutes I complained again. Then one of the employees turned and screamed to me it’s not their fault if the machine is in German language and they can’t understand. He even said we can’t understand german and you probably can’t understand Afrikaans. When I brought the machine I said it’s programmed in German but I can change the language. The guy told me it’s not necessary they know how to change the language. I asked the lady in the shop why they haven’t fixed the coffee machine. She rep****, they don’t work on saturdays, my counting for 10 working days was wrong. I said to her I brought the machine 2.5 weeks ago, these are 12 working days so far. No reply! They could not find the problem but charged me nearly R1000. I paid in cash and again had to wait for change. After nothing happened for minutes I left the shop with my machine. I still don’t know if it works but I never ever go back to such a bunch of unfriendly people. The way they treated me was beyond poor. I even ordered a milk warming pot for the machine. When I asked them where it is this guy said I can order it online. Unbelievable! I would never recommend them. They don’t know how to treat their customers. Unfriendly, arrogant and ***********, that’s what I call them!
