Great skin care product but have you tried returning a faulty bottle completely unused?! This has been going on for almost a month and it’s still not resolved and the faulty bottle STILL has not been collected which I offered to drop off at their address but was assured their courier company would collect timeously. No refund, not a single phone call received at any point, just a girl hiding behind an email. “Customer experience” my @ss!
These people ****med me. I paid for bar stools and never received them! They have blocked my number on all their platforms. I checked the Facebook **** page and I am one of many who was ****med!!!
