More than 6 months ago I started the process of moving my Max Investment from Old Mutual to Allan Gray. Every month they had a problem or just ignoring me. My broker spoke to them I they admitted it was a fault from there side. But still no action. On the 4th of February 2026 they said they will have the Tax Directive on the 16th or 17th of February 2026. Now that it is the 19th of February again new excuses. I have lost 6 months of interest at Allan Gray because of there incompetence's, who will pay that. Bottom of the story after 6 months still no transfer. WHY????????????
Is there any person in Sanlam that you can talk to that really can assist when it coms to customer service or are they trained to avoid and postpone all queries. They exist because of us - the customer, without us they do not have a business. I would think we will be the most important element of there business. If any one knows of a person please let me know how and how to contact them.

Think twice before you join Fed Health Medical Scheme. The are the only medical company that bill you in arrears. That means, when you want to stop your membership and want to join a other Medical Aid you will have to pay a DOUBLE installment at the en of your termination date. That means, you have to pay your Fed Health installment as well as your new medical aid installment otherwise you will have to go without medical cover for a month.
I received a bill of R3229.57 for my account with MTN. My actual fee is about R1000 for x4 top up 100 contracts. I was shocked because I was budgeting on the R1000 but to the reality is that the phones can increase their amount automatically. I was under the impression that you have to buy more airtime or data is you wanted more. Not true, you can increase the 100 limit on the phone with no authorization at all. Well I stopped the debit order and asked MTN to phone me. Nothing?? I have being trying to get someone to help me for the hole day NOTHING?? I cant get hold of no one. I have made the payment but can send the verification as no one answers the phones. WHAT IS TO DO??? WHERE IS MTN CUSTOMER CARE??????
