Please be careful the invoices are deceiving . I paid a deposit and then when the final invoice came it indicated the full amount and I overpaid. I have phoned Nathan from Queensburgh everyday for a month and they won’t give you the directors number but will not pay back the over payment. Very ********* and dishonest company. Don’t be fooled by them
Was assisted by D’Angelo Whyte for pet insurance and he was so pleasant and explains the product well . He makes sure you understand and he is definitely a peoples person . Definitely recommend him and Dotsure

I have had to cancel my son in laws contract (2 of them) and it was like fighting a brick wall. No one does their job They just keep taking debit orders off until you have to go into the bank to stop them. I am now trying to cancel my contract which ended 21st May 2015. The line is still open and I have sent 6 emails since April but to no avail and as usual the full amount debit order has been taken off. What is it with MTN. Does no one know what they doing? How many people do they rip off. They are quick to give you service but not to cancel. NEVER TAKE A CONTRACT WITH MTN
