In June Tilley Doors installed garage doors at my sister's place. Should have checked reviews and HelloPeter first. Paid them in full in June, but my Body Corp also paid their half-share direct to Tilley instead of to my sister, so they got R9000 extra! Despite multiple emails and calls (with the manager still avoiding my sister, THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED HER or my Body Crop, taking advantage of a widow! will update when payment is finally received! 120 days and counting for something that should have taken 7 you decide it this is an honest company?

Please be careful the invoices are deceiving . I paid a deposit and then when the final invoice came it indicated the full amount and I overpaid. I have phoned Nathan from Queensburgh everyday for a month and they won’t give you the directors number but will not pay back the over payment. Very ********* and dishonest company. Don’t be fooled by them

I am so fed up with this company NEVER use them for a garage door, they say they are going to do things and come and they don't, they are SO slow to respond and just full of nonsense.

We've ordered an overhead sliding door from Tilley doors, their rep came out after I paid the 12k deposit, he then said the roof height clearance is insufficient to make an installation possible. I then cancelled the order only to be treated by the salesman like a criminal with no right to an immediate refund to my money. I was told I have to wait twenty one days for a refund, I wanted to know why, I still want to know why, I bought absolutely nothing from these people. If you phone them you don't get further than the salesman that lead you into this trap with insufficient information to start with. The bad attitude I got from this guy was appalling to say the least, he made me out to be a lair and said that he told me what was the height requirements which..."He Never told me" - He further said that I should have known their product requirements. They are the suppliers they should have told me before I paid any money into their account. It seems like they only got one guy on duty during the day and he then seems to be everyone from the salesman right through to the chuckerout. I repeatedly asked him to speak to his superiors, only to be told that they are all out and they will only be back the next day. Eventually when I got through to the manager he was initially very helpful but that was the first and only time when I phoned he asked me to send him the emailed correspondence and will handle it from now on and give me feedback. Since then he gave me one excuse for not being available to talk and said that he will phone me back. He never phoned back and my calls remain unanswered until now. Why must I wait for a refund if there was no sale whatsoever?? Their service at best stinks!!!
