Wasted 35 minutes on the phone talking to Telkom to source a battery for a Telkom wireless phone. Called sales, no they say after 20 minutes and several transfers I must call faults, called faults, no they say wrong department after being transferred twice, they say I must call sales... Telkom call centre does not work..this is their usual modus operandi, they simply keep on transferring you until you give up.. Has Telkom gone dilly?

This hospital is on a mission, they are Bee-ing themselves out of business, only met 3 older decent nurses, they employing nurses that are not suitable for nursing. In ICU with unbearable pain, could not eat but nobody to help i had to wait 4 1/2 hours for one pain tablet, a mighty long time to fetch a tablet from a cabinet.. 2x nurses per ICU patient but they were not of much use to man or beast... was told i am not the only person in the hospital that need a tablet.. 2x nurses at the foot of my bed smiling like cheshire cats obviously thinking about their huge pay packets.. asked one what is his position and he answered "i am in charge !!" The noise and din, constant excessively loud yapping 24 hours a day, did not sleep for 4 days and nights... i requested to be moved out to another ward, there we had loud late night parties and sing - a - longs... Pure dereliction of duty... The person that served at the admission counter was not bilingual, he could only speak one language, how did he get the job of dealing with the public if he is only partially educated This hospital is not fit for human consumption.. They seriously need to go back to the drawing board...
