i am currently waiting for over 71 minutes on my cellphone for them to take my call to complain that my upload and down load speed is .032 mbs. unless this is the kind of service you want, find a better provider. Can't even find a proper email address that will get a reply
In June Tilley Doors installed garage doors at my sister's place. Should have checked reviews and HelloPeter first. Paid them in full in June, but my Body Corp also paid their half-share direct to Tilley instead of to my sister, so they got R9000 extra! Despite multiple emails and calls (with the manager still avoiding my sister, THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED HER or my Body Crop, taking advantage of a widow! will update when payment is finally received! 120 days and counting for something that should have taken 7 you decide it this is an honest company?
Is there any difference in quality between Europe and the far East anymore? Remember how in the 70s a Merc was good for 30+ years, whilst a Datsun was a rustbucket as it left the showroom? How the tables have turned : nowadays the high compression mercs can barely last a decade whilst China is on a near vertical trajectory. Is Nivea a quality product or is that too presumptuous? Lacking the wherewithal to sustain their growth they are always looking for or Creating new markets. Hence many of their products could be suitable for the whole family, but they insisted on putting feminine and masculine scents and doubling their sales and market. Next the kids, metro***ual and *** markets? They already have tweaked our kids noses, already *******ing our kids so they will spend much more, and earlier, than we ever will! And mostly through Social Media and Influencers/ ****s my main gripe is with Beiersdorf in Germany, who make myriad Nivea products for men since the introduction of their shave balm in the 80s. At the end of December i phoned the Nivea helpline to complain that their New can of shaving gel just leaked out in 1 continuous stream! unfortunately the call was answered by a Chinese speaker in Germany who was already in the Xmas spirits [pun intended] i waited months for my replacement, in vain. 2 other cans malfunctioned in the interim. FORTUNATELY I HAVE VIDEO EVIDENCE! In July i drove to Beier <the company that owns Nivea >. in Umhlanga, with the 3 cans, [1 full, but with a broken nozzle] for replacements. And showed AND sent them the Video! They were seemingly apologetic and promised to investigate! But i never heard from them again! I reminded them again at the end of July, but still no reply or satisfaction! i'm more than a little miffed. 3 cans that cost me over R200 reveals that there is no real difference between established names like Nivea and dubious Chinese brands; in the same way that there is no difference between Samsonite and the cheap Chinese generics, as i found out the hard way; the lifetime warrantee is vapour. my father joked 40 years ago that differentiating between the ***es was just a money-making gimmick to double sales and that male products were turning us moffies. seeing today's metro***uals, I'm hard pressed to disabuse him of that notion. and seeing the burgeoning market for kid cosmetics, how soon can we expect LGBTQ+ products for that elitist market? and it all started when 1 clever guy doubled sales for headache pills by just adding "take 2". sorry for the poor quality of the video or the state of my bathroom. it was 6 am. obviously I wasn't expecting to make a video. as South Africa and the world slides down an abyss, look for full value, not elitist names and money making differentiation. How soon before we get different zambuk, for males, females, kids, adolescents, aged, ***...?
Whilst they sell some good stuff, their grey imports mean you have to lug in a huge TV for repairs each time. After several trips in a month I insisted on a full refund. They comp**** with poor grace, delaying payment and finally refunding via CASH deposit into my account so I had to pay almost R200 in cash deposit fees!

Tracker are actually double-charging both my brother & I for the same vehicle! They have not rep**** to my August email except an automated reply :Your work item number is 18896638. They refuse to give any email addresses of a Director or Manager! So much for integrity and accountability. And you trust them with your car? Are they also double debiting you?
Once A unit below a dancehall with music blaring till after midnight some units and bathrooms so small that they are dangerous. some bathrooms so small that the towels are kept within a foot of the toilet and are polluted with each flush, (so close lid b4 flushing) doubt the staff do though bushmens nek - lovely, but too far out of the way, too cold and so hard unforgiving rock roads that will give you a puncture. I had 1 puncture & the staff helped me change the tyre in the rain. Another guy wasn't so lucky, he had two punctures and was stranded! Quantwani - lovely, but too far and remote. After driving for 2. 7 hours you come to a dirt road and you still have another hour of 30kmh driving to do on dirt roads La Rochelle & MST are superb but 1 unit at MST has a ghost! Oh, we dont believe in ghosts but when you feel a very oppressive presence after midnight... Would it surprise you that even though I registered many times I cannot make booking on their website and lose out on specials & have to pay extra for bookings I have emails & pics as proof And the list goes on.
The future of Banking??? I have a Discovery bank account and Discovery credit card BUT DISCOVERY DOES NOT ALLOW AUTOMATIC DEBIT ORDERS FROM THEIR ACCOUNT TO THEIR OWN CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT!!! They insist I open an account at ANOTHER Bank (and pay more fees) & set up a debit order with another bank. They also hide their Email address so you have no written record of your complaints. Order #125250194 They cancelled above order after trying to deliver on March 20th & 21st (EFF day & a public holiday!) when I was closed & incommunicado at Tembe Ele Park. They could have delivered on Wednesday but using the same EFF brains they cancelled the order. Even worse I cannot contact them. What major online company doesnt divulge their email address?
