Worst Customer Service i ever received from a insurance company Nobody gets back to you Asked them for a Phone recording of my contract 3 Weeks ago Get transferred to different people They Still trying to get feedback or approval to send me the call They want to charge me R15000 Excess-I was never told Call will confirm this They cant be trusted.Should have stayed with my old Insurance company Terrible
Website should be listed as a **** Been waiting for my Refund for months They never reply to messages,calls or emails I never received my order now they ignore me.The one reply i got they **** about my refund.Never use this website
About 10 weeks ago i tried to get another loan on our house.I went to the branch and thet said we must phone the call centre.I then got all documents together and faxed to relevant number.After about faxing documents 15 to 20 times we were first ignored.Then We got replies like send it again,Did you send it,I was on leave send again.After faxing it again 15 times we were ignored.Then went into the Galleria branch and went to the Customer care expert who faxed our forms another 5 times.First we were ignored again.Went back to the branch and faxed documents again.Please note this is now carrying on for weeks.Then finally it was approved.Went into branch to sign documents.Three weeks later we have made 3 more trips to the branch to sign Correct docs as the expert at the branch keeps getting it wrong.After being promised payout will be in 72 hours longest we still waiting.Maybe we might have to sign the right documents for the 4 time.Pathetic and disgusting.No apologies just send again or sign again,Complete lack of passion or knowledge of service delivery
