This is the second time I have used this company and both times now they have been absolutely useless. The people at Makro that advise you to use them do not know anything other than they can deliver and install. Makro staff make promises on behalf of BlingStallation. Blingstallation take forever to respond to you. Terms and conditions are only explained once the sale is completed. If you do not chase them up they will never get back to you.
Went for breakfast on Sunday morning to Blueberry Beacon. First time trying it out, had heard great things. I ordered the Steak & Ciabatta. Food arrived and was well presented. 2 pieces of ciabatta, one with steak, bacon and caramalised onion the other with tomato and an egg on top. Ate the egg piece first and some chips which were lovely. Whilst sitting and eating there was a strong oudour like someone had stood in dog faeces. Only to find out it was coming from my piece of steak. How on earth does a cook not smell this. Waitress (Joyce) came and took it away. No manager in site. Waitress returned apologising asking to replace it. I said no thank you. Still no manager. They then offered me something else, I again said no as I was horrified by the smell of the steak and quite frankly it put me off eating. I asked for the bill and they had still charged me for the rotten steak meal. The manager still did not have the audacity to come out to discuss and apologies, I will never dine there again and will advise all in my circle and via social media about how shocking this place is and to never dine there.
My account was in arrears which I duly settled and received notification that the account had been paid. No need to send proof of payment but I had already. I then went to the Vodashop in Fourways Mall as one of my accounts was due for an upgrade. This could not be done because my account reflected that I was still in arrears. I then call 0821946 and was told that the system will be updated in 10 minutes and we can then proceed. 40 minutes later still not done. Contacted 0821946 again and was sent the call center. Call center could not help me only accounts could do this but by now they had closed. Disgusting that this is what we have to accept as customer service. I left work early to do this, what a waste of time!!! Cell C here we come.
