I have been with MWeb for many years but I’d only a number. I move request from 21st November still not actioned. I have tried for the last two weeks for assistance, today told they need to capture a new move request, however on Friday I gave them the fibre box number at my new home and they advised they will request for installation. What gapien to service, if I do not have my Fibre installed by tomorrow will go to Telkom to get internet from them. Might be much quicker than to get Fibre
Working on a claim shortfall of R19k for hospital for more than 6 months. MRS N Koster 87 years old. - See all ref no was told today my claim is STALE. I was requested to get motivation letter from specialist .Which i did and was send in April after going backwards and forwards. Last week after sending again about 3 emails I was told the Hospital must contact management directly . TOday was told my case is stale did not look at my motivation letter where doctor ardvise it was not a downgrade My mom had complications and was in ICU for nearly 2 weeks. Bought clothing yesterday value of R1500.00. Sadly they could not offer me a bag to put my newly bought clothing in and had to pay R8.00 for a bag. Absolutely a ripoff. I walked out with my purchase in my hands, went to Pick a Pay to I put a bag and put the clothing in a Pick and Pay bag. Sadly no one knew I bought lithoing from Miladys. This is free advertising for them. I k ow we going for recycling had no problem, but why not use paper bags like H M. And Poetry. Why do you need to pay for your bag. Surely you would like to think what happens to your advertising. It is the principal. They lost me as a client. Sadly just because they greedy and don’t think of the client experience. How many clients walk out put there clothing in a Pick and Pay bag. No free advertising. Sadly 🥲🥲🥲
I used FEDEX to send a large parcel from JHB to Cape Town. 1: Price was reasonable 2: CLient service fantastic 3: They collect on Tuesday afternoon and Thursday morning my parcel was deliver in Cape town. Service was fantastic. Second time I used Fedex can highly recommend them excellent service
Dwayne from Dentfix Pro fix my vehicle in no time. They are from Benoni - came out all the way to my house in Randburg to fix two small dents on my car said the one might not come out 100% But wow was I surprise. My car is good as new. Be careful. Order a month ago , still no sight of my order. You can’t call them only one cellphone, mailbox full and no one answer. They reply back emails, ut advise tbey will follow up. Not sure if this site is Legit ? Sadly i order a phone for an elderly lady and gave her money back as felt like a thieve , E Koster
