This company is useless. Till to date, nobody has called me with regards to my query. I tried to chat with them online, they keeo you holding. Phone call, we are kept on hold until we exhaust our airtime. FUNNY HOW EFFICIENT THEY WERE WHEN I WAS FIRST JOINING THEIR SERVICE. NOW THEY JUST ****EN USELESS
I really do not appreciate the fact that I am no longer notified if and when my package is on its way to my address. Lately I am getting surprise calls; "We are at the gate". Then next; "We left because there is nobody". Why am I not notified that ; "We are on our way we just left the depo", then atleast I can arrange for somebody to revceive package. I am not always in the house, I also work as they are also at work delivering parcels. +27648497134 phone them if you have anything to ask. I am tired of telling them the same thing.
Dear Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service I received at the Suikerbos Heidelberg Lancet branch. As a new parent, it is extremely distressing to have to raise such a serious concern. I strongly believe that there was negligence in the handling and reporting of my baby's test results. The results provided by your Suikerbos Heidelberg branch were incorrect and misleading, which unfortunately led to inappropriate treatment being given to my child. Due to ongoing concerns about my baby's condition, I decided to seek a second opinion at Life Cosmos Hospital in Emalahleni. After further testing was conducted there, it was confirmed that the initial results from Heidelberg Lancet (Suikerbos) were inaccurate. This delay and misinformation resulted in my baby's illness worsening before the correct diagnosis and treatment could be provided. As a parent, this situation has caused significant emotional stress and concern for my child's health and wellbeing. I trust medical laboratories to provide accurate and reliable results, especially when it concerns the health of a vulnerable infant. I therefore request that this matter be investigated urgently. I would appreciate a formal explanation regarding how such incorrect and misleading results were issued, as well as what steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Well MWEB has not resolved my query, clearly they do not care. They just buzzed me twice, I guess it was for their records that they tried calling me and couldn't get hold of me
They don't even deserve a single star. Mweb has useless consultant services, both line and chat agents. Been trying to get hold of them to change my option, no luck. You be on the line for 30minutes and nobody will answer. Chat agents also, no replies. USELESS
There is an app Picture Insect: Bug Identifier. They advertise a 7day free trial on the app; all of a sudden they subscribed me, I do not know how, next thing they debit R619 from my account without my consent.

MAKE IT QUICK BECAUSE YOU ARE USELESS. They dont call me or update me, have to use my ****en airtime to wait 30mins on their useless call centre.
Useless service i got from takealot lately. Ordered a phone from them and i was promised it will be delivered by 4 May 2022. What ****es me off is that today it is the 5th of May 2022 and they do not bother to update me. Wrote an email and they replied on their own time. Order #106090719, apparently it is lost in transit. So is that my problem? I want my order or my refund. You are to quick to request an upfront payment, yet useless to deliver or inform on time
