Good service after all!
Ordered two seperate orders with coupons, no issues. One arrived fine. Second one arrived with sealed box but on opening found the earbuds box opened and earbuds missing Feared the worst after the reviews bit I was very well assisted via email. After a brief investigation a replacement pair was sent. Thank you very much. Good service. Just a bit of patience required.

Item packaging seal broken and product missing
I had two vouchers. Purchased powerbank with one and Scullcandy earbuds with the other. Powerbank received in good order. Scullcandy earbuds box seal was broken and earbuds missing. The shipping container was intact. Email resulted in no action yet. They were also R200 more expensive than T alot. Thank goodness I did not spend my own money because I have this sneaky suspicion I will never see the Scullcandies. And I won't be spending real money with them soon. Buyer beware

American Airlines changed flight without notification. Takes ZERO responsibility
American Airlines changed the originally booked and ticketed flight without notification. The subsequent flight was also delayed, the total delay time 8 hours. This forced purchasing of tickets on another airline on short notice at huge cost. Upon enquiry it was stated that "Instead of a refund we they are subject to receive Trip Credit", only to walk it back 5 days later with "We have thoroughly checked the concern, and unfortunately, according to our system, the request for providing Trip credits has been declined." If you want to fly an airline that takes accountability for their mess, DO NOT fly American Airlines.

They will take your money and you won't get anything
If you want to avoid below scenario, do not use these people. No communication, no service, no delivery. They are just dropshippers that sell stuff they try to import and don't get it right. Look local rather, or use a recognised group of dropshippers. To this day no response or refund. S C A M Artists! Ordered 25 Oct 2023. Follow up 11 Nov 2023 Follow up 28 Dec 2023 Follow up 16 Jan 2023 Requested refund 18 Feb 2024 Requested update on refund 13 March 2024.

Immi-Net misrepresents facts and what they can achieve.
If you are interested in a Green Card or want to enter the Green Card Lotto, don't be duped by Immi-Net with promises they can make the process easier and better your chances of obtaining one. Read the US Department of State documentation carefully warning of this ****. "Also avoid visa consultants who charge money because they claim they can improve your chances of winning. We do NOT work with consultants and they CANNOT improve your chances of being selected." They are NOT transparent with their fees, and it amounts to an eye watering amount of money they want for something you can and have to do yourself. It is tens of thousands of dollars. The US Department of State warns against this practice. Do not be fooled out of desperation. They prey on that.
