WORST PET INSURANCE - Turnaround time for serious complaint resolution will leave your pet dead without treatment! They wrongfully suspended my policy due to an error on Finance’s side. My pet needed urgent hospitalisation in order to undergo a surgical procedure. 10 Phone Calls, 9 Separate emails to 3 separate email addresses, 5 different Oneplan employees in 2 different departments… ALL STATING THEY WILL PHONE ME BACK. NOT A SINGLE PERSON DID! It is now 6 hours later, no response, no activation, no resolution, no feedback. All while on the HIGHEST PET PLAN??? So what happens if my pet is on his death bed and you just wrongfully suspend services with this type of turnaround time??? This is also most probably the 4/5 time I’ve had to have queries escalated. Are you out to kill people’s pets?? 2 different managers have been forwarded my complaint with POP for the last 2 months and the one manager has been on lunch since 14:00 this afternoon because nobody has resolved this?? Must be nice, customer services’ manager has not responded since 14:00, it’s now 17:00 and you are done for the day. Meanwhile my pet suffers and you have my policy money which makes you liable to deliver a professional service. This is the final straw - After this I will be taking my business elsewhere!! Absolutely disgusting what you allow pets to go through!! No pre-authorisation was given per email either?? So now I am supposed to pay and trust you’ll refund me when all of the above clearly shows you don’t have the client’s best interest at heart.
Worst service ever! You wait over 2 weeks for an item that says on their website x number of pairs ‘in stock’ of that size! I phoned numerous times to change the size before the order completion was sent. On 2 separate occasions I was told the size was changed. Received the order completion and the size was not changed as confirmed over the phone twice. Tried to email the Nelspruit branch - no reply. Called several more times where the phone was put down in my ear and the next call ignored. Eventually contacted the Pretoria branch where the owner replied, a week later, stating that they cannot change the size??? I informed him that the person answering his phone line gave me the impression on separate occasions (a week ago) that it could be changed. He off course never responded to this email. I then went to then lengths of asking the Pretoria branch if I could exchange my now received size 6 (which does not fit) for a 5 - I will drive to their store for the exchange, they do not have to lift a finger - and just got told ‘no exchanges’. So the website is misleading, it’s false advertising, service is horrible, owner can’t handle a case as simple as swopping a 6 for a 5 in store…. So basically don’t waste your money and time here. Horrible experience.
I placed a dress for sale on Gumtree and OLX, a lady reached out to me to buy the dress and asked if I could send it via DHL to Nigeria as it was for a friend. Her method of payment: PayPal! She sent over the $410 and I sent the dress via DHL as requested. Then sent the tracking number and scanned proof of the receipt to PayPal as requested. After this I thought I would get my money as my part has been done and the woman in Nigeria is now sitting with a gorgeous dress worth a lot more than she paid!!!???? Oh no that wasn't the end!! Next thing I know my limit on PayPal wasn't correct and the buyer has to pay over an additional $490 so that the total sum paid over is $1000 in order for me to expand my account's limit. SHE DID THIS AND THE WHOLE SCENARIO HAS NOT COME TO AN END!! Now in order for me to get my original $410 for the dress, WHICH IS ALL I WANT!! I have to first go to a Western Union transfer facility to transfer the $490, before I can get my remaining $410? How in the world must I do this if I have not received any form of payment in the first place!!?? Do they expect me to pay this out of my own pocket and then in the end I still to not get my original $410. CRAP!
