This time Vodacom pushed me too far!!!! I had three contracts on a single account at Vodacom, sent through cancelation three months ago and the contracts were canceled - or so I thought! I tried applying for a new loan through my bank who notified me that there are two defaults loaded on my credit profile - a clean record I've been building for the past 14 years. After numerous calls to the Vodacom subscriber collections department I found that there was an outstanding amount of R1,96 on the account which was never allocated on Vodacom's side - hence the account still showed "active" with the amount of R1,96 due! Because of this, Vodacom's UNETHICAL legal team decided to rather list me on ICT than to make contact with me so we could resolve this beforehand. Not to even mention call centre agents screaming at me & slamming the phone down in my ear! NICE!!! You are completely useless Vodacom!!! Me being a so called "VIP Red Premium" customer for 5+ years DOES NOT MEEN ANYTHING!!! Vodacom, your service SUCKS!!!!!!! Now lets see if I'll make some sort of progress!
We went to Torrador this morning like we usually do most of the time and we received the most humiliating service infront of the other customers, we ordered the Normal Cafe Latte and the hazelnut latte after which we asked the guy behind the counter making the coffee which one is which for a good reason, as we drink 3 sugars with a normal cafe latte and 1 sugar with a hazelnut latte. He mixed the 2 cups around so we ended up adding the wrong amount of sugar in each cup, we went back to tell him that it was incorrect so he said we should smell which one is which before we add the sugar, he then said he will make a new hazelnut latte after he helped all the other customers, so after a while of waiting he made a new hazelnut latte and told us that if we throw in 3 sugars the hazelnut will be too sweet, where we replied that we know it will be because we only throw one sugar in the hazelnut latte but he mixed it around when we asked him which one was the normal latte and which one was the hazelnut and he kept on making us feel we were making the mistake infront the customers after we clearly tried to explain why there is a reason for asking which one is which,is it too much to ask for?
