<p>I recently had to return a samsung monitor that i bought from takealot about a year ago which is still under warrenty back to takealot as the monitor just stopped working, that is when the nightmare started, i iniated the process on 2017-02-09 which is 1 day from a month, i still do not have my monitor, apperently it was repaired and delivered on the 27th of feb to a mr/mrs N A to a unknown address, i called takealot the next day enquire on where my monitor is why does the waybill say delivered but i have not recived it and who is N A , then i was put on hold for 1 hour with no one getting back to me on the phone, eventually i just gave up because it was like 5 o clock in the afternoon i assumed they just put me on hold then all went home. The following day they sent me a e-mail saying they are following up with the warehouse up till today i have not recived my monitor, i never really post negative reviews i usually only post postive ones but i must warn potential customers if it happened to me it could happen to you, very negative customer service, losing your product </p>
<p>I was involved in an accident as a 3rd party, I had to try and organise repair to my vehicle and required help was I am pretty clueless, so the party that caused the damage just gave me contact details for his broker which is Logos Financial Services, and from there on they just helped me the whole day, Rian Botes was the one to help me the most telling to info on getting quotes, and dealing with the insurance on my behalf it was just very friendly and helpful, if anyone need a good broker for insurance they are your guy.</p>
I had Bought 2 graphic card from Wootware as a first time customer along with a cpu and cpu Cooler on 2 different orders because the Graphic card was gonna arrive on different dates, so i thought it was a good idea and and half way though i changed my mind about the graphic card i have purchased. long story short i basically changed the order 3 times on both of the orders (6 times in total) and Richard helped me tons with not even a single complaint, at the end i would just like to thank them for their great service. and thanks to Richard this great guy if anyone need to buy anything from Wootware must contact Richard.
