Spent time on the web to find a number due to a deduction I did not agree to. Sent an email on the 26th of September to the number. No response. I would like to see the documents where I signed for the policy. I would like to be refunded please.
Be careful, they deducted without authority, even if you cancelled on the app, at a ridiculous subscription fee and you have to provide proof that you cancelled on their app where there is not place to get the info from. Deleting your account is apparently not ending your subscription.
My husband passed and has two policies with Old Mutual. I used their web-page to find contact information to sent through claim documents. I tried calling as I wanted to know which claim form to use. Two weeks ago I submitted a complaint on their website that says they will sent you a copy of your complaint. Nothing happened. Last week I went through the same process, nothing happened. It is impossible to find anyone to assist or contact. The claims department that received the documents can not be reached. Emails are not answered.
I started dealing with FNB Business Online in May. <br> <br> You get a password and access yet when you upload docs the system does not accept it and on enquiry, the first access code lapsed.<br> <br> I immediately received ebucks and a card which was cancelled two weeks later.<br> I submitted documents, again and again. FNB states they called me yet no call appeared on my phone.<br> At the end of June I took leave to go to a branch with all the documents. There I was told no one can help me but the online desk as I had to approach the branch first. <br> <br> I submitted a complaint on 13 May 2015 with a promise of 3 days to care@FNB. Nice care, I get automatically generated emails without any follow through - reference 701936. I submitted my corrected documents again on 23 June 2015. Sent two mails to follow up - NO RESPONSE.<br> Submitted another complaint ref. 69L2DGC3. Sent another mail to kentescalations, care etc, with NO assistance, no feedback.<br> <br> Never ever ever ever open a business account online with FNB.
