Fantastic service is an understatement!! I've had an issue with a client's laptop charge port that got damaged and needed to be repaired. Reached out to two of the largest laptop repair centers in Gauteng only to be told they have to replace the entire motherboard at a cost higher than that of a new laptop. Apparently the charge port itself could not be relaced on its own. David at Laptop Mechanic assured me that this is in fact not the case and that he would be able to replace only the charge port and that it would cost less than a tenth of my original quotes from the so called "masters"... Needless to say, the repair was done in a day and a half and I have a smiling customer again.... Laptop Mechanic has my vote and certainly a customer for life. Thank you David, your service is unparalleled and is much appreciated.
I requested a landline installation a month and a half ago. I got sms's on two different occasions confirming a date when installation will happen. I took unpaid leave from work on both days, so I could be at home. No one pitched on either of the two appointments. WHAT ARE YOU THINKING TELKOM!!!!!!<br> <br> You can expect a lawyers letter where I'll be suing you for the money I have lost by taking two days unpaid leave as well as inconvenience....<br> <br> I cannot believe the way in which you treat prospective customers. Maybe you don't need the money it seems.<br> <br> I have contacted the call center for a seventh time now, can someone PLEASE WAKE UP!!!!!! and smell the coffee.
