Still on Feedbank on the ***** case. Where is my money FNB? WHATS HAPPENING TO YOUR BANK?
I am a 1st time business account hold with FNB not even 1 month a estimate of R12500 was *****ulent taken off my account. Apparently its still under investigation. I have reported the incident the minute the money went off my account. The sad part is that I have to await for their investigation to be completed before they give me a proper answer. All this ***** that happen to people's account is because you have people on the inside of your bank thats watching our account and the money's thats passing into and out of our account. The information of account holders is being shared by your bank FNB. I am disgusted with how my case have being treated and handle by your people at FNB. I am also very disappointed that you FNB cannot help me eventually I had to pay for another business card to which took weeks to deliver. I will like the following a senior person to get involved here and I am prepared to take this case legal.
As a first time business account holder for FNB my account is not even a month old ***** have occurred in my account I could see the transaction going off in seconds and I could do nothing. I have reported this to the ***** department to whom have stopped the account and canceled the card. I have also seen the amounts pending in my account upon my quick action to stop this account. I am very much disappointed of the turn around time for my money to reflect back into my account. FNB I did not release with a blue chip bank I am putting my business at high risk. I also have debits going off my account on the 15th December 2025, what do I do? This is too much in stress as I need answers from the CEO or Owners of this division. I await your urgent call.

I have being trying to get a hold of this business for the last month but no joy. Why am I paying for 4x lines when I was to only have 3. I am requesting you looking into this matter with urgency and provide me with a telephonic feedback. I request a call from you and will like a full reimbur*****t on the funds over paid. You can't do this to your customers
We were on holiday and visited your store at the umhlanga oceans , everything was neat and tidy expecting that we are buying fresh products. When we got to our lodge the meat was rotten and smelt completely off. This really was a bad experience
I am very ****ed off with this company for misleading us in to **** booking to which we have lost alot of money. It was my child's birthday and we booked at the Dolphin View Guest house in Balito we have deposited the money of R7500 into their account ,they kept on insisting that I give them the breakage deposit I rep**** only upon my entry will I deposit the balance of the funds required. I have driven 450km to Balito only to know that they made my family and I to wait on the main road of balito drive until the breakage deposit was being paid then they will show us the house they was in. It was a ****! Bookings.com i am now claming for a full refund on all expenses paid.i will like a call from you because this matter is serious.
This is getting out of hand and I don’t know who can handle my complaint. I have spoken to my broker of the false over charge of my OMI life cover I did tell them that I am self employed and for some reasons the broker have added a retrenchment cover to my policy to which I have being paying for years. OMI I am a business owner how do I get retrenchment cover in my own business??? My last straw with this policy is me getting our company legal team to claim back with cost
I am very ****ed of with Capitec business bank, I had to speak to 5 consultants including my business bank that never comes back to me. On Sunday 24/11/2025 I have being to the Capitec ATM to withdraw cash to the sum of R5000 this transaction happened in Ladysmith at the square mall. I was trying to withdraw my cash from the atm and the transaction was cancelled due to insufficient funds in the atm machine and R5000 was taken off my business account. The money did not reverse back into my business account. I then on an online chat I have opened a case with Capitec bank case number 00553544. It was told it will take 24 hours for the funds to reverse into my account, there was no funds after the 24 hours I call the bank 5 times as they was having network problems. I then called my business banker Millicent she said she will check what’s going on and revert back to me. To date there is no such call. This is really unacceptable , this is theft on your side Capitec. I am awaiting for a business manager to call me and discuss as to a way forward note I have also paid on transaction fees. I am now fed up with the level of service and the theft that’s going on with Capitec Business bank
I am so ****ed off with this bank , they charging me R80 for a dispute fee I will like a breakdown as a consumer on this fee. I have been banking with you for years including my business. I want to know what’s going on, why are we being overcharged and **********
