After buying a car from the plk branch, these people gave me a used roadworthy voucher and when i called them to fix it it on the day i was at dekra, they sent me from pillar to post which i ended up uaing so much of my tome and petrol. When i called in to speak to the sales person he was so useless and told me to lay a complaint and also ask for my petrol i used. I was then contacted by Mpho who asked me for my receipt of the fuel only to come back and tell me they can’t refund me for the fuel as this will result in a loss on their side, so to hell with the fact that i experienced loss due to their negligence and bad service. This whole experience gave me a different outlook on this brand and loss of trust as this was the 2nd car i bought from them. This is the kinda trash service that drives people away and i swear this is my last time messing with them
For such a huge corporation i really am disappointed in Vodacom and they are not very different from the nigerian ****mers. I was sold a LTE sim deal for 36 and i was told it is 400 GIG FU and once the data depletes the speed reduce to 2MB per sec only to find out im on plan where the data depletes completely and i would have to top up. I have asked for the initial sales call records and almost 5 months later im still waiting. I took this contract in good faith due to misrepresentation on the vodacom part. I need this resolved & remedied or take your contract and shove it where the sun struggles to shine.
im just grateful for my DRs but The facility itself very disappointing and the nurses lack people's skills, it's almost like those nurses u find at public hospitals and if u are not careful they may drive u nuts that u end up worse than u were when u entered. also why aren't there locks? someone stole my earphones there worth R2700, the manager said to me he was going to investigate the matter and give me feedback and this was around the 10/02/2025 and till today i'm discharged and the manager hasn't said nothing. it is almost as if they are protecting the *****. They claimed on google reviews that my headsets were misplaced insinuating that they were found but my question stands, where are my headsets as im still awaiting feedback from the manager. a place where people are supposed to be safe is a place where they come on social media and LIE, utterly disgusting. the manager still hasn't gotten back to me and i left the place 15/02/2025. i would not recommend this place to anyone especially dealing with mental health.
So vodacom delayed a debit order and upon realising that i went into their store to make a manual payment as they i have a history with them where they weren’t debiting me and i had to make efts only for them to try and debit me later on the day and the debit order bounced on the same day i made the payment. Now they charged me a penalty because the debit order returned. I want the amount credited into my account ASAP
I paid money into my account and i still got debited. I called in on the 24th of December and was told to log a refund for the eft i made and was told the money would reflect after 24hrs but it’s been almost 3 weeks. Can i just get the money i paid
After a smooth journey with mobicred im a little disappointed because last week i tried changing my banking details on the website which only updated the Acc number but not the bank name, i called in and was advised to send proof of banking letter and they will fix the issue and a week later the issue still persist. My worry is they will try to debit me and it will fail which I assume would come with fees. Can someone fix this

The lady made changes to my address and premium went down and even convinced me to add on the cashback thing, im very happy
i have a bond with mercantile which i am in the process of cancelling but my ssiue is i was assigned a relationship banker who is Vuyiswa Maswana but this lady i would send emails to her and she never replies, my attoneys needs to speak to her so we can wrap this thing up and i wont have to deal with anything linked to capitec bank
