Service Excellence
Professionalism, service excellence and value is clearly a trademark of this company. A big thank you to Jacques for his advice and caring consideration of our paving problem. I further salute Bheki and his team for the excellent work and lovely attitudes.

Excellence in service and attitude
Geysers were severely damaged due to cable theft. Attitude, willingness, and service of Stephan (Manager) and Retz (Technician) are highly commendable. It is evident that the morals, standards, and promises of this company are upheld with highly professional and qualified staff. The experience was unbelievable and I salute and thank both Stephan and Retz. They are truly an asset to this company. My initial experience with Chantel in the office was also professional and friendly with a willingness to assist. Evident that this behaviour speaks to the quality of the company and the product. Exceptional personal service & quality
<p>From the first appointment, the committed time for a quote was upheld. Coenraad Van Niekerk assisted with various options. He clearly displayed commitment, integrity and professionalism throughout the engagement. His sales pitch was to deliver my need rather than push prices and unnecessary additional gutters as other companies have done. </p> <p> </p> <p>The job was performed within the agreed timelines. Yet again the service by his team was superior. Frans, the team leader together with his team performed the task as committed without a single problem. My property was left in an immaculate condition when the job was completed. The respect and professionalism shown by this team speaks of the high values of the entire company. </p> <p> </p> <p>At no point was there any mess and their continuous communication was of the highest standard. Their sense of humour and friendliness was much appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend Gutter Pro as the perfect solution to anyone. Exceptional Service
I have dealt with Auto Magic for all my cars. The service from reception has always been superior and this was again my experience. Nicole has a fantastic manner and her friendliness and professionalism is to be highly commended.<br> <br> Zameer has always been absolutely professional showing a personal interest in his customers. He also went beyond expectations to deliver the car in a short space of time. This was' as my son need the car to start university. His patience in explaining to a 19 year old and the time invested was incredible. Zameer possesses incredible qualities when dealing with customers. The workmanship is exceptional<br> <br> Both Nicole and Zameer are a valuable asset to this company. I believe recognition is required by senior management.<br> <br> Thank you guys, I will certainly always promote Auto Magic.<br>

Excellent service received from Zameer previously. <br> <br> His communication throughout the repair was through and the repair was handled with great certainty. Zameer conducted all require procedures with his best effort ensuring that all the required information was accurate.<br> <br> Thank you for your excellent service. <br> I would recommend this branch to any client who wishes for quick and accurate repairs.
