Stay away from this place. They take your money and you never hear from them again! They are NOT legit at all! The Google maps address and photos is **** as well! Don't fall for this ****!

Dismal DEFY
Don't EVER consider getting a DEFY. They are a true reflection of the dismal state of this country! The service centre does not answer their phones! It's all pay and no work for them!

Door installation
Hi. After a first disaster, the second carpenter did an excellent job! I was seriously impressed! Would like to use the same person when we change the front door as well. Thanks so much for all your help. Much appreciated

Useless Builder's Warehouse
Do NOT even consider them installing a door! The contractor they use is USELESS! They cut the door skew and don't even have the tools to do the job! And they're on the phone constantly! FFS. Stay far away

Zero confidence in Ford
The day I needed to use my spare wheel on my Ranger, I realised the key I was given for the spare wheel lock, does not fit. Ford Silver Lakes declined to assist me and told me they don't have old keys that could possibly fit. Ford Hatfield wanted to charge me R600 for JUST cutting it off and another R900+ for a new one! This is supposed to be fixed free of charge since it's Ford's lack of attention that caused the issue. Seriously unhappy!

PF broken
PF at Castle Gate is useless when it comes to maintenance! Two of the few treadmills there are, have not been working for a month now. The locks in the locker rooms are mostly broken. Tried 5 yesterday before finding one that works!
