Most Useless bank ever - reported a fraud case in March 2022 and still waiting for feedback from them . I waste hours holding to speak to someone and then I get cut off . I am going to close all my accounts with them
Bad experience I also bought a laptop on the 25th March - to date nothing was delivered , opened a case of fraud against the company.
These people are thieves - took my money for a laptop but never delivered. Uses different peoples names to make it seem that they are legit but they are not Report them to the police
Not only is Edgars practising these pricing strategies , so is woolworths . Bought a bag today - was told that the bag is on a further reduction of 65% so which means I will get a better price right ? <br> <br> Was told that the original price of the bag was 1500 and it is now marked down to 800.00 (price tag in red) after the 1st discount of up to 50% of the original price . so further discount of 65% - paid 580.00 for the bag . Fine - happy - when I got home I decided to remove the red label of 800.00 only to my shock see that the original price is 800.00 on the tag . what does Woolworth have to say about this pricing scam ???<br> I will not buy anything from them again . what cheats . Someone needs to respond to this and get to the bottom of this ?? In actual fact I should be refunded for the difference paid .
My son dropped his phone while getting off from the car. This phone has been out of order since February this year. I will repair it once I can rack up R1500 to repair the screen. It is currently locked in the safe together with its sim card. This phone has a soft block as set up as well, that I pay for every month. My average billing is R300 for the last 18 months. In June the amount came to R780 and when I went to the branch, they say that my son has been using the data. Do these people from Autopage think I am an idiot, the phone is out of use. Who is using this data. I can t wait to get out of this contract and I hope this company get exposed for all the inconvenience it has caused me. The best part is when I put a stop order for payment until this problem is resolved, Standard Bank charges a failed debit order amount of R115.00. I have (had) a funeral policy with ABSA , which I had for over 15 years now . I have been depositing money into that account every month as I don't use that account as I have kept it especially for the funds to go off every month for my parents funeral cover. being the only child I wanted to make sure that my parents had cover in case anything happens and I am not in a financial position to cover funeral costs on my own . I had no idea that the policy had lapsed as no one bothered to contact me ,I found out when I went to check if I had money in that acc. I was told by the call centre agent that they did send me a letter ? But only to discover that they sent it to an address that I lived at 5 years ago , but they have my number , why did they not call me to notify me if the funds was not available ? its like they wanted it to lapse so that I lose my money that I had paid all these years. How do I tell me parents now that they don't have cover ?? who is this burden going be put on ? I am currently unemployed and will not be able to fund a funeral . NOT HAPPY WITH ABSA . its funny that is you are in overdraft they will make all means to contact you . Not a pleasant thing
