Extremely dissapointing and frustrating round of golf which made our experience an absolute waste of time and of R570. We went off on the 1st tee at 12:24 (originally scheduled 12:32) just for us to play 3 hours 15 min on the front nine. No marshall in sight and eventually we found a marshall on the 9th tee box. We asked him to please get on the course and see where the problem is but he just ignored us and drove off. We got to the halfway house and there were people sitting down to eat instead of a grab and go principle being applied. We eventually started the back 9 at 15:55pm. The pace of play continued and we ended up playing 4 holes and decided to leave. Extremely poorly managed golf course and Sundays are just a extra money making day and not treated with paying players in mind. Course itself is in decent condition.
So I bought a \demo\" model, 2014 208 vti allure 1.6 from Peugeot 8 months ago at a cost of 220k, and firstly noted that after purchase the car was indeed not a demo but a used car brought up from Free state. But this i could live with. Then they said at purchase that i would receive the service book and spare keys within a week, and after weeks of fights i was told that they needed to cut a new key. This i could live with. 1 month after purchase i was driving and broke down. At this stage I was not impressed to say the least.

8 Months passed and i have decided to sell the car and upgrade but after purchasing the vehicle for 220k, I was now offered a value of 110k for the vehicle by the same company. Meaning the car lost 50% of its value within 8 months according to Peugeot. I did research and found the book value to be 156k and that Peugeot were selling the similar cars for 190k.

Peugeot looks like a bunch of crooks so just stay away from the company as a whole as they obviously don't think their cars are worth anything if they conduct business like this. I have been saving up for a year to buy my first car and made sure I had a good credit record by taking out a credit card and overdraft with FNB which I paid religiously each month. This week I saw my dream car that I have been saving up for and off course proceeded to apply for finance.

To my shock the dealership who applied for me, returned saying I was denied finance from all the banks and the dealership due to me not having any form of credit record. Thinking it was a error I phoned the credit bureau who explained to me that there was no history because FNB has not been updating my ITC listings.

I have spoken to numerous people at FNB and not one person has been able to give me a answer and at the end of the day im probably not going to get the car I worked so hard for because of my PATHETIC bank!!
