Good day We were looking for solar system for our company Royal Foods. Easy power was asked to come and give a quotation amount was almost R2mil. Many promises were made, they said our electric bill will be 50%less, we will generate 180kwh and that there is an app that we will be able to see the generated kwh, they said we will need Wi-Fi for it which we did as we invested in this and needed it to work to it's maximum potential. From installation in 2019 till now we were not able to go on the app, there seems to be always a problem, first it was our internet and we need fibre, which our didn't have with installation and still don't, it is excuse after excuse. When we try to call and get answers from Chris or Louis, they are always in a meeting or busy. They don't call back and eventually today we got a hold of Chris just to hear more excuses, no solutions. Our electricity bill is what ot used to be again for the last 6 months. obviosly, therr is a problen with the solar systems, and they should have come out to us long ago to sort out. We send them photos that they can see on WhatsApp, no response. I cant see how they are fine with us spwnding such a huge amount with them and that is where their service stopped. How do they expect of us to be okay with basically losing 2 million rand? I do not recommend this company to anyone.
I have a problem with KFC Meyerton when you phone them they never pick the phone up, you need to phone more then 6 times but on Sunday the 19 July I had enough of this bad service I phoned 15:00 they did not pick up the phone then I phoned the lady that normaly deliver our food and placed our oder with her. 16: 10 I received a phone call asking me if I have a problem I said no but we are still waiting for our food, the guy said to me to stay on the line, came back and said okay the problem was on their side but there will be no delivery, I said okay please prepare the food we will be there in 20 min. The guy told me no I can came and stand there in line and place my order and wait for it when we phone the delivery lady again she said she is still on duty and not alowed to go home. So my question is if there are no delivery why must the delivery peolple stay there and why if this problem where on their side why phone me and 1 hour later to tell me there wil be no delivery . This is not my first incident with this KFC!!!!
