One of my worst experiences with this company. Lies upon lies for a whole month. Just to get my refund and still not paid yet. Everyday they come with a different excuse just not to pay. I was charged 2 times R450 total 900 on December 17th by the ev charging outlet at melrose arch , without even my car charged. I have been contacting there appointed people every day. Just to get my refund . Everyday they come with a different excuse. I fed up of this useless company. They are *****. Useless customer service. Rather then refunding me they give u stories everyday.

**********, avoid at all costs My solar installation was incorrectly installed These were the issues uncovered by a outside expert: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. There is no isolator in the DB board to the AC combiner box in the garage. o The feed to the AC combiner box is taken directly from the main Earth Leakage. o It is not safe to work on the AC combiner without this isolator. The DC PV cable and AC cable are together in the same trunking. o It is a legal requirement for AC and DC to be split into separate trunking. The positive and negative PV cabling is together in the same trunking. o It is a legal requirement for positive and negative to be split into separate trunking from the solar modules on the roof to the PV combiner box. There is a single isolator that feeds Eskom to both the Inverter supply and the changeover switch. o Both the inverter supply and changeover should be supp**** with independent isolators in order to work on the respective area of the system. o A bigger combiner box is required to facilitate this change. The isolator in the PV combiner box is wrong, it is 63amp and should be 32amp. The Fuse holder in the PV combiner box is rated at 30amp but fuses within the holder are 32amp. o It is a fire risk should the amperage be between 30amp and 32amp as the holders could melt. There is no earth spike from the PV panels to ground. The PV panels are only earthed to the AC combiner box and the inverter. As a result of the above, my inverter incurred a power surge and stopped working At first easy power showed no interest at even conducting a site visit Only after legal threats from myself did they eventually send a team out Initially they wanted to charge me for the repairs!! Worst of the worst

Excellent Price, very competitive on price with good products, however only interested in the sale, and No Backup Service. I did two installations with EPS, totalling around 400K for the two. Both were installed, however the settings for the two were not correct. After much complaints, they eventually went out to the one site, rectified the settings, and has been working well ever since. The second unit and installation, has been problematic with no resolution. For over two years I have been complaining about the settings. Now my Inverter is Constantly beeping with an Error Fault, My one battery is completely drained and needs to be reset and recharged. I had no power for over a week. Easy Power Solar, does not have any backup service. Really Pathetic, they refuse to give out the owners Luis details, although he came out to the site , and I met him, but they refuse to assist any further

Good day We were looking for solar system for our company Royal Foods. Easy power was asked to come and give a quotation amount was almost R2mil. Many promises were made, they said our electric bill will be 50%less, we will generate 180kwh and that there is an app that we will be able to see the generated kwh, they said we will need Wi-Fi for it which we did as we invested in this and needed it to work to it's maximum potential. From installation in 2019 till now we were not able to go on the app, there seems to be always a problem, first it was our internet and we need fibre, which our didn't have with installation and still don't, it is excuse after excuse. When we try to call and get answers from Chris or Louis, they are always in a meeting or busy. They don't call back and eventually today we got a hold of Chris just to hear more excuses, no solutions. Our electricity bill is what ot used to be again for the last 6 months. obviosly, therr is a problen with the solar systems, and they should have come out to us long ago to sort out. We send them photos that they can see on WhatsApp, no response. I cant see how they are fine with us spwnding such a huge amount with them and that is where their service stopped. How do they expect of us to be okay with basically losing 2 million rand? I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Easypower Solar Beware!!! My solar inverter was not earthed! Obtaining a Certificate of Compliance is thus impossible. Karl Heuer is abrupt and condescending and totally unhelpful. (No stars)
