This people are theves!! After loosing my order and make me dance for 25 days they ignore my calls and my emails. They did not refund my money . It s time for the Lawyer to do the job.
Today , They called my name for a R1500 promotional draw , when I went to collect the price the Manager Mr Floyd asked me the ID , valid SA doc or driving license . I told him I can show a passport soft copy and he said no , when I presented my italian driving license he said no , I told him I can give him my SA TRN , which is a valid SA doc but he doesn't know what is it. I wanted to speak to a senior manager and it took more than 1 hour and it did happen only when I went to see the casino manager. A senior manager came and he wanted to explain me the rules. I do findbstrange because his subordinate was not clear about the rules at the first glance . The funny part is that , when you put you money in no one wants an ID but when they need to give your money an ID is needed . I have been dealing with 5 employees and they were not helping at all . The lady calling the draw told me that I am unpleasant. The storyline here is that I cannot see how unprofessional they are to such an extent they think they owe the casino .this is the 2nd tine I face challenges with the personnel at emperors palace. It looks like wearing an uniform gives them the right to do what they like or feel. Said so, I decided to tear off my gold winners circle card . No more . Very bad experiences and very poor customer interactions so far . Bye bye Cesar

The personnel working at CityQ is very unprofessional. Firstly when they answer they think of doing you a favour. To set up a prepaid water meter it took 3 days and 4 employees. The 1st one did the meter registration, the 2nd one wanted to check the installation, the 3rd one did set up the tariffs , the 4th one checked if the upgrade was done . Wow !! You guys are idiots and we have been with no water for a day due to *********** people
***********, unprofessional, useless. After 1 day since the ticket was open the matter was not assigned to a technician . The regulator MUST make Vodacom Liable for the troubles they put clients onto. Internet is down , We cannot work , the children can't do home schooling , we are losing customers for our accommodation business because we cannot provide a basic service . F@&$K OFF
Vodacom is not able to provide a connection to the home , the line is down since January the 21st 2025, upon tickets , Email, phone follows up , they do not come up with a resolution , yet , they are charging me for a Service that is not provided. The people working at vodacom customer care is useless, very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with . I will definitely escalate the matter further to a lawyer . People of this country must be liable for the wrong they do
I bought some cheese at pick ' n pay norwood and after a few days , without opening it was rotten. I sent an enquiry to the customer care and they do not even bother to answer. I wish you all gonna loose your jobs. F#&& o##
Based upon my experince As a host in Lekkeslaap I am very disappointed of the poor competences and knowledge of Lekkeslaap agents/consultants. They show no sense of urgency , no business acumen, no business understanding , no skils, no competences, no knoweldge in what they do on a daily basis at work. No respect for people that is investing millions in properties and contribute in paying their salary They give you wrong information and they want to charge you penalties if you decline a booking . It takes ages to post your properties and you might run into a risk of clients holding your place because they have no money to pay timely . I wonder whether I worth to keep my listing's live.
