Insurance claim.
My geyser burst. I phoned King Price Insurance. They asked me a lot of questions and said they will arrange with a contractor to assist. I thought they will first decide if it's a claim, but the contractor phoned me minutes later and said he is on his way to install the new geyser! Now that's what I call exceptional service. Sokhana Sinama from 4-sure was very friendly, helpful and efficient with her task.

Their own brand inverters!
Agree with all the customers so far on Hello Peter! Stay away, 3 weeks down the line and they can't even asses my inverters!

Policy premium increase
My automatic premium increase was more than 24%. When I phone Virseker to complain, they assist me in a very friendly way, looked at my policy, claims and payments and recalculate my increase. Now I only pay about 5% more. Thanks Virseker!

You can't complain about the service, because there is NO service!! They don't give you feedback on your claim and if you eventually get through they will tell you o this is the problem!! Then the waiting time starts all over again!! Their system is most of the time off line! Pathetic Department as usual with all Government Departments!! But they need their increases boy o boy!! Above inflation don't make a mistake!!

Best place to do your bookings
Their website is easy to use and trustworthy. Booked many times and not once did I have a bad experience. Last booking was for the 16th of October 2020 and they always send you the details of the place as well as the telephone number the day before the booking.
