I've mistakenly booked a flight for the 25th August 2017 I meant to book it for the 26th as the flight is early in the morning. I phoned to change and was told I had to pay a service fee of R 300 extra I already paid R 492. The flight for 26th is R 600 and something . Now I have to pay an extra R450. And if I cancel there will be no refund
I took my sony Ericson m4 aqua for a replacement screen witch was fitted . it took very long for them to repair , when I got it back .it had problems with the display . I took it back and waited months for it to be repaired but they told me its un repairable . they told me that they will refund some of the moneys . various times I called I was promised a call back . even today I was promised that I will be called in 5 minutes . phoned back and was told the manager is on the phone . i'm suspecting that he will not call at all . its easy 6 moths now but they are stalling . there contact number is
ive paid my account on thursday 9th of July 2015 and went to a Telkom mobile store to do an ugrade where I was informed it still shows suspended on the system so I cannot do the upgrade . I must wait 24 to 48 hours to correct it . I then returned on Saturday the 11th and was told the same . on the 15th I phoned 180 and was told that it takes 72 working hours now . I asked to speak to a manager but the manager was conveniently in a meeting , but I was promised that the manager would call me back . (still waiting for him/her) then on the 16th I phoned stella zondi at 180 and also asked to speak to supervisor where I was waiting 50 minutes but to no avail m she then told me I could go to the nearest Telkom mobile store and they will do the upgrade . I asked if she was sure but only to be told it will take another 72 hours to lift the suspension of the account . I phoned the Telkom mobile store today and was told its still in a suspended state . its riducilous as the phone was not suspended physically . it only shows suspended on the system
